Questions related to SSC CHSL

Have a question related to SSC CHSL ?

Hello Aspirant

Yes, You Are Eligible for SSC CHSL

You can definitely apply for the SSC CHSL exam even if you have a PCB background.

The basic eligibility criteria for SSC CHSL is:

The candidate must have passed Class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board of examination (CBSE, ISC, State Board, etc.)

There is an age limit, which varies depending on the category you belong to.

Your subject combination in Class 12th doesn't matter for SSC CHSL. The exam focuses on general aptitude, English, and numerical ability.

Hope this helps

Hello,

To check the answer key for the SSC CHSL (Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level) exam, follow these steps:

Steps to Check SSC CHSL Answer Key:

  1. Visit the Official SSC Website :

    • Go to the official website of the Staff Selection Commission: ssc.nic.in .
  2. Login to Your Account :

    • If you have already registered, log in using your credentials (registration number and password). If you haven't registered, you may need to create an account first.
  3. Navigate to the Answer Key Section :

    • On the homepage, look for the "Answer Key" tab or section. This is usually found under the "Candidate's Corner" or "Latest News" section.
  4. Select the Appropriate Exam :

    • Find the link for the SSC CHSL answer key. There might be multiple notifications, so ensure you click on the one relevant to the SSC CHSL exam.
  5. Download the Answer Key :

    • Click on the link provided for the answer key. It will usually be in PDF format or a link to a specific page where you can view and download the answer key.
  6. Check Your Answers :

    • Use the downloaded answer key to compare your answers with the correct ones provided by SSC.
  7. Submit Objections (if any) :

    • If you find any discrepancies in the answer key, SSC usually provides a window to submit objections. Follow the instructions provided on the website to submit any objections.

The first step is to be familiar with the SSC CHSL syllabus and exam pattern. This will give you an idea of the topics covered and the weightage of each section. You can find the latest information on the Staff Selection Commission website.

Once you understand the exam, create a study plan that allocates sufficient time for each section based on its weightage and your strengths and weaknesses.

Make sure you have a strong foundation in the core subjects like English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Awareness. There are many resources available online and offline to help you with this.

Regularly solve practice questions and mock tests to improve your speed and accuracy. This will help you identify your weak areas and work on them before the exam. You can find practice materials in books, online websites, and coaching centers.

Regularly read newspapers, magazines, and books to improve your reading comprehension and vocabulary. Stay updated on current affairs by reading newspapers, watching news channels, and listening to news podcasts. You can also refer to government websites and yearbooks for static GK.

https://competition.careers360.com/user/user-preference/step_0??destination=https://competition.careers360.com/exams/ssc-chsl

I hope it helps!

You should fill TAMIL NADU in the "STATE/UT BOARD" section.

You should fill CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION in the "NAME OF BOARD" section.

Even though you completed your 10th and 12th in Tamil Nadu, the CBSE board is the national board that conducted your exams. The SSC CHSL application form requires you to specify the board that administered your exams, not the state where you took them.

I hope it helps!

The SSC CHSL application form asks for details about your previous year or semesters since you haven't received your 12th results yet.

Since you haven't completed any semesters beyond 12th (which you are waiting for results on), you can mention "NA" or "Not Applicable".

You can also mention "NA" or "Waiting for Results" in this section.
