RRC Group D Admit Card 2019 – Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs) will release the admit card of RRC Group D 2019, tentatively in August. Candidates can download the Railway Group D admit card 2019 by entering their log in credentials in the log in window. It must be noted that RRC Group D hall ticket 2019 can only be accessed by the candidates whose application form will be accepted by the authorities.

Railway Group D hall ticket will be available separately on different dates for the different stages of the exam -  computer based test, physical efficiency test and document verification. Candidates have to download the e-call letter of RRC Group D separately according to the schedules of the different exam stages. 

Railway Group D E-Call Letter 2019 – What has changed?

It must be noted that till 2018, Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) were responsible for conducting Group D exam, however, for 2019, Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs) are responsible for holding the Group D exam. Thus, according to the officials, the Railways Group D admit card 2019 may be released through the official websites of the RRBs and RRCs.

RRC Group D exam 2019 is expected to be held in September/October 2019 in computer based mode. Qualified candidates (three times the number of vacancies) will be shortlisted for appearing in the physical efficiency test (PET). Further, the authority will select candidates two times the number of vacancies for the document verification procedure.    

The RRC Group D application form 2019 is available in online mode from March 12 to April 12, 2019. Candidates can pay the application fee till April 18 through SBI challan and post office challan. However, the fee payment using online mode can be done till April 23.

Candidates successfully registered for the exam can access the admit card of RRC Group D from August. However, no confirm dates have been out. RRC admit card can be downloaded till the date of the CBT. Check the steps on how to download RRC 2019 admit card for Group D CBT.

  • Go to the official website of the respective RRC/RRB and find out the admit card link there

  • After locating the hall ticket link, click on it 

  • Enter the registration number and date of birth 

  • Click on log in button 

  • Your admit card will be available for your easy download

  • Check all details on it and download the Railway Group D e-hall ticket

  • Take at least two printouts for your future reference

  • Visit the official websites of the respective RRBs/RRCs and find out the e-hall ticket link 
  • Click on the admit card link
  • Enter the required details – registration number and date of birth 
  • Click on the “Get Details” button
  • Candidates can now check all details on their Group D hall ticket and make sure all particulars are correct 
  • Take a couple of printouts of the hall ticket

How to download RRC Admit Card 2019 – Document Verification

The last stage for which candidates have to download the admit card of RRC Group D is document verification (DV). The admit for DV can only be downloaded by the candidates who will have passed the PET. The admit card for this stage too will be available on online mode.

After downloading their admit for this stage, candidates have to take the printed copy of the same to the notified venue, without which they will not be permitted for the DV procedure.  

Note – For Admit Card of All Stages 

It must be noted that no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre hall without showing the Railway Group D admit card. The details mentioned on the admit card must match all the details entered in the application form filled in by the candidates. Candidates will also get intimation about their admit card availability, etc through SMS and registered email ID. No call letter will be sent by post. 

What should be brought along with Group D admit card? 

Candidates must carry the following to the exam centre along with the hard copy of the admit card:

  • Photo ID proof (The same as entered in the application form)

  • Candidate’s photograph (35mm x 45mm – same as uploaded in the application form) 

List of valid photo IDs

  • Voter Card

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Driving License 

  • PAN card 

  • Passport 

  • Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a Govt. employee 

  • College/University Photo ID card (if still studying) in ORIGINAL 

RRC Admit Card - Exam day instructions

  • Candidates can download e-call letter from the RRBs/RRCs websites about 10 days before the date of the CBT/PET/Document Verification (as applicable). 

  • Read the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow them at all cost.

  • SC/ST candidates, who opt for free rail travel facility have to uploaded their valid caste certificate for availing the facility of free travel authority (Sleeper Class Railway Pass). So, the hall ticket for CBT/PET/DV (as applicable) will contain the free travel authority. Such candidates can do their booking by submitting self-attested photo copy of the admit card and SC/ST Certificate. They must also carry original SC/ST Certificates with them during the journey, plus one prescribed photo identity proof (original). 

  • Along with the admit card, candidates must carry the same valid Photo ID (details of which they have filled in the application) 

  • A color photograph (35mm x 45mm) of the candidate must also be carried to the venue of CBT/PET/DV (the same as uploaded in the application). 

  • Candidates need to write a paragraph of self-declaration, sign and affix left hand thumb impression at the venue of the CBT/PET/DV (as applicable) in the presence of the invigilator. This needs to be handed over to the invigilator before the examination ends. The self-declaration paragraph and/or signature in CAPITAL/BLOCK/DISJOINTED letters will be liable for rejection.

  • Candidates must download the city and date intimations, hall ticket and travel authority (wherever applicable) from the official sites of RRBs/RRCs.
