NDA Syllabus 2021 - Mathematics

NDA mathematics paper comprises 120 questions for 2.5 marks each. There will be a negative marking of one-third marks for every wrong answer. The maximum marks allotted to NDA maths paper are 300. For details about NDA syllabus for Mathematics, candidates can check the table given below.

NDA Syllabus 2021 - General Ability Test

The paper 2 of NDA exam comprises 150 questions for 4 marks each. NDA GAT paper carries 600 marks with one third negative marking for every wrong answer. The General Ability test comprises English language, Science, Polity, History, Technology and others. The english section will carry 200 marks while general awareness section comprises 400 marks. NDA is am exam conducted twice an year for admission into various branches of defense which includes army, navy and air force.

Minimum eligibility criteria for students to sit for the exam is,

-The student should have completed his or her class 12th from a recognised Institute.

-His or her age should be between 16-19 years.

As your date of birth is 5/08/2005 so that means you will eligible for exam from NDA 2 2021. You can give the exam till 19 years of age.

So from that perspective you will have a total of 7-8 attempts.

According to your age you will turn 18 on 11 january 2022 so you are sure elgiible to appear for the exam for both the attempts of 2022 and first attempt of 2023.. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) mentions the eligibility criteria of NDA in the official notification.
As per the eligibility criteria stated,one must be between the ages of 16.5 and 19.5 years to be eligible to appear for the NDA examination.

So,as your DOB is 14th Feb,2004 you are eligible to give NDA Exam in 2023,as by that time you will be 19 years old.
And you will have two phases of NDA Exam :
NDA (1) and NDA (2)

The other eligibility criterias are :

  • You have to be an Indian National
  • Minimum education qualification required for NDA is 10+2 (Army), 10+2 with Physics and Maths (Air Force & Navy)

You can join Indian Air Force after 12th through NDA route. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts entrance for candidates who want to join National Defence Academy. NDA exam is conducted twice a year in all major cities. Educational Qualifications is 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics.

I would like to inform you that in NDA 1 2021 attempt around 4-4.5 lakhs had appeared for nda exam. In 4-4.5 lakhs appearing, around  6000 students are called for an  SSB interview. Getting  clear the nda written exam is pretty easier than nda ssb interview. You just need to go through all the 10 year nda exams.
