HTET 2024 Exam - Application form (Released), Eligibility, Exam pattern, Syllabus, Dates

BSEH Haryana will announce the result of HTET 2024 online on the official website. Candidates will be able to check their HTET 2024 result by using their roll number, mobile number and date of birth. The candidates who have acquired the minimum qualifying score will be declared qualified but the eligibility certificate will be issued to only those who procure the cutoff score. 

How to check the HTET result 2024

• Click on the link for results in the top of the navigation bar on the official website.

• Enter the roll number, mobile number and date of birth.

• Click on the ‘find result’ button.

• The result will be displayed on the screen.

HTET 2024 Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should make sure that they are eligible to appear in the HTET 2024 exam in order to fill the application form. 

Age limit: There is no precise age limit to appear for the exam.

Educational Qualification: 

• Level-1: Primary Teacher (PRT): 

  • Senior Secondary with at least minimum 50% marks or pass in 2-years Diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

  • Senior Secondary with minimum 45% marks or pass in two-years Diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

  • Senior Secondary with at least minimum 50% marks or pass in 4-years Bachelor of Elementary Education. (or)

  • pass or appearing in the final year of 2-years Diploma in Elementary Education.

• Level-2: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): 

  • TGT Social Science:-

    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 50% marks in Social Science as elective or Honours subject and as a Social Science teaching subject in BTC/JBT/D.Ed.

    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 50% marks in Social Science as elective or Honours subject and Social Science as  a teaching subject in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)/B.Ed.

    • 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) with at least 50% marks in Social Science subject 

    • 4 years integrated BA.B.Ed. with at least 50% marks in Social Science subject

  • TGT Mathematics:-

    • BA/BSc/BCom with minimum 50% marks in Mathematics and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • BA/BSc/BCom with minimum 50% marks in Mathematics and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • BSc with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Ed, Mathematics as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • TGT Science:-

    • pass in BSc and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • pass in B.Sc with minimum 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • BSc with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Sc, a combination of at least three essential subjects needed from Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology & Mathematics.

    • In case of B.Ed, Social Studies as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • TGT English:-

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in English and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in English and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • BA with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Ed, English as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • TGT Hindi:-

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in Hindi and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in Hindi and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • BA with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Ed, Hindi as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • TGT Sanskrit:-

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in Sanskrit and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in Sanskrit and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • BSc with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Ed, Sanskrit as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • TGT Punjabi:-

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in Punjabi and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in Punjabi and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • BA with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Ed, Punjabi as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • TGT Urdu:- 

    • B.A with minimum 50% marks in Urdu and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • B.A with minimum 50% marks in Urdu and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • BA with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Ed, Urdu as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • TGT Physical Education:-

    • A Bachelor degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or Diploma in Physical Education or equivalent.

  • TGT Home Science:- 

    • B.Sc Home Science with minimum 50% marks and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • B.Sc Home Science with minimum 50% marks and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • B.Sc with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Ed, Home Science as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • TGT Art:-

    • BFA/B.A with minimum 50% marks in Urdu and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • BFA/B.A with minimum 50% marks in Urdu and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • BFA/B.A with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Ed, Urdu as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

  • TGT Music:-

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in Music and 2-years diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

    • BA with minimum 50% marks in Music and 1-year B.Ed. (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in BSc (Education) (or)

    • Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in B.El.Ed. (or)

    • BA with minimum 45% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education).

    • In case of B.Ed, Music as a teaching subject from a recognized institution.

NOTE: For all Papers, Matric with Sanskrit/Hindi or 10+2/BA/MA with Hindi as one of the subject.

• Level-3: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): 

  • He/She should have a Post Graduation degree in B.Ed with 50% marks.

  • Candidates should have pass Matric or Senior Secondary/Graduation/Post Graduation with Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subjects.

  • PGT Sanskrit:-

    • MA Sanskrit with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University.

  • PGT Biology:-

    • MSc Zoology/Botany/Bio-Science/Bio-Chemistry/Genetics/Micro-Biology/Plant Pathology/Biotechnology/Life Science/Molecular Bio with minimum 50% marks from a state or central recognized University and B.Ed. from a recognized University.

  • PGT Physics:-
    

    • MSc Physics/Applied Physics/Nuclear Physics/Electronics Physics with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized University.

  • PGT Chemistry:-

    • M.Sc. Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry with minimum 50% marks from a state or central recognized University and B.Ed. from a state or central recognized University.

  • PGT Mathematics:- 

    • MA/MSc Mathematics/Applied Mathematics with Mathematics as one of the subject at Graduation level with at least 50% marks from a recognized University and also B.Ed from a recognized University.

  • PGT Commerce:-

    • M.Com with accounting/Cost accounting/financial accounting as a major subject of study with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognized University. MCom in applied/Business Economics shall not be eligible.

  • PGT Economics:-
    

    • MA Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized University.

  • PGT Music:-

    • M.A Music with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized University.

  • PGT Fine Arts:-

    • M.A. Fine Arts with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed from a recognized University.

  • PGT Computer Science:- 

    • MSc Computer Science/MCA/BE/B.Tech Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT (Regular course) with 55% marks from a recognized University.

  • PGT Physical Education:-

    • M.A Physical Education or M.P.Ed with minimum 50% marks or Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed) or equivalent. From a recognized University.

BSEH, Haryana activated the HTET application form correction window from November 16 to 17, 2024 on the official website. The HTET 2024 application form was activated from November 4 to 15, 2024. Candidates who fulfilled the eligibility criteria of HTET can fill out the online HTET application form 2024 until the deadline. 

Applicants need to provide their Aadhaar Numbers while filling up the HTET 2024 application form. The application fees had to be submitted in online mode along with the submission of the HTET application form 2024.

How to fill HTET Online Application Form 2024:

• Candidates had to open the HTET 2024 registration page by using the link below.

• Candidates had to enter their personal basic details like,

  • Name

  • Residential address

  • Date of Birth

  • E-mail address

  • Contact number

  • Permanent address

  • Category

  • Name of the parents

  • Educational qualification etc.

• After filling the basic details, candidates had to upload the photograph and signature in the prescribed format.

• Then candidates had  to complete the payment of the application form. The details of application fee are given below.

• Application Fee:

• Candidates need to verify all the details entered in the online application form.

• Candidates can take the printout of the application form after submission of HTET application form 2024 for further reference.

• All papers are Conventional Type (pen-paper based).

• The questions are asked in Bilingual (Hindi & English).

• There is no negative marking.

• The questions are Multiple Choice Questions which carries one mark. Candidates have to the choose correct answer from the four alternatives choices.

• Exam Pattern and Syllabus: The Candidate has a few strengths and a few weaknesses. What it needs for a good preparation strategy is to identify your strengths and weaknesses in order to utilize your strengths and improve your weaknesses.

• Revision: Candidates should allocate some time for revision after the completion of the exam preparation.

BSEH will issue the HTET 2024 admit card in online mode on the official website. Candidates have to use their registration number and password to download the admit card from the website. HTET admit card 2024 mentions important details - name, roll number, exam centre address, date and time of the examination, photograph, and signature. 

So the candidates need to check the details in the admit card. In case of any discrepancy, candidates should contact the Examination Board by email-hrytet@gmail.com or mobile-01664254646 for the corrections. 

If the roll number of the candidate is not uploaded on the website, he/she must approach the Special examination branch, BSEH before the exam date. Documents needed while the candidates visiting the BSEH,

• Photocopy of the computer-generated application form (confirmation page)

• A copy of the payment receipt

• Attested copy of 10th class or Secondary examination.

• Two copies of the photograph.

BSEH, Haryana will release the provisional answer key of HTET 2024 on the website. Candidates have to pay Rs. 1000 to download the HTET response sheet 2024. The board releases the HTET 2024 answer key separately for all sets of question papers for all levels. Candidates can get the correct answer for the concern question in section-wise (Part I, II, III & IV) with the help of the HTET answer key 2024. Candidates will download the answer keys as PDF file for PRT, TGT and PGT.

Candidates will know the minimum qualifying score based on their communal category. If the candidates got the prescribed qualifying marks,  they will be declared as qualified in the HTET and a certificate will be issued in their name. The certificate will be valid for five years. Check the previous year minimum qualifying marks as prescribed by BSEH.
