Candidates who wish to apply for PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance recruitment must have passed CA/ICWA (CMA) and should have completed 28 years of age. Registered candidates have to appear in a test followed by an Interview. The question paper of PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance exam will have two sections - Professional Knowledge Test (PKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT) carrying 120 and 50 questions respectively. The selection of candidates for Executive Trainee Finance post will be on the basis of their performance in test and qualifying in the interview. PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance Eligibility Criteria - Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 28 years.
PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance Eligibility Criteria - Educational qualifications: Candidates must have passed CA/ICWA (CMA).
PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance Eligibility Criteria - Age Relaxation: Reservation/ Relaxation/ Concession to candidates belonging to OBC (NCL)/ SC/ ST/ PwD/ ExSM/ J&K Domicile / Victims of Riots category shall be as per Government of India directives.
PGCIL Executive Trainee - Age Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:
For OBC(NCL) candidates : 3 years
For SC/ST candidates: 5 years
For PwD candidates - 10 years over and above category relaxation (i.e. 10 years for a PwD candidate belonging to General category

The application form of PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance will be available online. Candidates must register themselves online at the official website, which will be made available at ‘Career’ section
After successful completion of registration, candidates will receive an email with details of their login ID and password and other information
Candidates must correctly enter all the required details such as communication and educational qualifications as mentioned in their certificates

How to PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance Application Form?
Candidates will have to enter correctly their name and date of birth as mentioned in their birth certificate or matric certificate
Candidates will have to declare their category correctly and must be in a position to submit a relevant certificate in the prescribed format as and when asked by Powergrid
Application fee of Rs. 500 must be paid by the general category candidates. SC/ST/PwD and EX-SM categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
Online payment can be made through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking / e-Wallet/UPI as available on the gateway. The application fee is non-refundable. However, if in case multiple payments against the same Registration ID has been made by the candidates. The authority shall refund the excess payment by reversing such extra transaction after completion of the application process.
Take a printout of the online application form. Candidates must not send the hard copy of the online application form of PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance

PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance question paper will carry 170 questions with four answer choices for each question. There will be two sections in the question paper:
Professional Knowledge Test (PKT) – 120 Questions
Executive Aptitude Test (EAT) - 50 Questions
The PKT shall consist of discipline-specific questions whereas the EAT shall have questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency and interpretation & numerical ability.
All questions will carry 1 mark with 1/4 negative marking for each wrong or multiple answers
The admit card of PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance will be available online. Admit card will be issued to only those candidates who application forms are accepted. Candidates must enter their login credentials to download PGCIL Executive Trainee admit card.

POWERGRID will announce the result of PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance in online mode. The authority will release the list of candidates appointed for the Executive Trainee Finance in pdf format. Candidates can check their PG ID (registration ID) by pressing ctrl+f.
PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance - Qualifying Marks in Test:
Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance cutoff marks as given below to be called for GD and Interview based on their performance in the test:
For unreserved – minimum 40% marks subject to at least 30% marks in EAT and PKT separately.
For reserved – minimum 30% marks subject to at least 25% marks in EAT and PKT separately.
Shortlisting of eligible candidates for GD & Interview:
The eligible qualified candidates will be called for GD & Interview on the basis of their marks in test.
PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance Qualifying Marks in GD & Interview:
GD will not have any qualifying marks. The interview will have qualifying marks for different categories as mentioned below.

For calculation of the final score of a candidate for empanelment, the weightage assigned to Test marks, Group Discussion and Interview is given below:

Candidates who qualify in the Personal Interview will be eligible for appointment of PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance
The selection process of PGCIL Executive Trainee Finance will be common for vacancies in both POWERGRID & POSCO and comprises of the test, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) of the candidates who qualify in Test and are shortlisted category wise for the GD and Interview.
The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the organization for at least three years. The amount of the bond is INR 1,00,000/- for General/OBC (NCL) candidates and INR 50,000/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Hello dear , no , you can't change it . Because powergrid reserves the right to change the test centers at its discretion depending on the no. of applications and availability of venue. Test Centre once allotted will not be changed under any circumstances.

For the post of Executive Trainee Finance at PGCIL you have to qualify the selection process which consists of two tests Professional Knowledge Test (PKT) – 120 and Questions Executive Aptitude Test (EAT) - 50 Questions the tests are MCQ based. Those who qualify the tests gets eligible for Group Discussion followed by Behavioral Assessment and Personal Interview.
As the PKT will consist of questions related to the discipline and for EAT it is verbal, reasoning, aptitude and data interpretation.
Note: The applicant must have passed CA/ICWA (CMA).
