About APPSC Panchayat Secretary 2019

Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) conducts APPSC Panchayat Secretary recruitment to select candidates for the post of Panchayat Secretary (Grade IV) in AP Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service. Candidates selected through this recruitment exam are entitled to a pay scale of Rs 16,400 to 49,870. As many as 1051 vacancies are expected to be filled through this recruitment exam. To be eligible for the exam, candidates will have to fulfil certain eligibility criteria laid down by APPSC for the recruitment exam. APPSC Panchayat Secretary 2019 selection process includes – screening test and mains exam. The screening test is conducted in case the number of applicants is more than 25000. The mains examination is conducted for candidates selected on the basis of their performance in the screening test. Candidates will be selected to the post of Panchayat Secretary based on their performance in mains examination.

APPSC Panchayat Secretary 2019 Eligibility Criteria

APPSC Panchayat Secretary eligibility criteria have been prescribed by APPSC. The eligibility criteria of APPSC Panchayat Secretary contain details regarding age and educational qualification which candidates have to fulfil. Candidates must have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST, BC, PH and ex-servicemen category need not pay the application processing fee, they will have to pay only examination fee of Rs 80. APPSC Panchayat Secretary 2019 Exam Pattern

According to APPSC Panchayat Secretary, the screening test will comprise total 150 questions. Total duration of the exam is 150 minutes. The test carries 150 marks. For each wrong answer, 1/3rd marks will be deducted. The questions of screening test will be objective type and will be of degree standard. The mains examination of APPSC Panchayat Secretary will be conducted in computer-based mode July 2019. The mains examination according to APPSC Panchayat Secretary exam pattern 2019 consists of two papers – I and II. Total marks allotted for the mains exam is 300. There is negative marking of 1/3rd for wrong answers. The detailed APPSC Panchayat Secretary exam pattern is given below.

APPSC Panchayat Secretary admit card is released online. Candidates have to enter the required login credentials to download APPSC Panchayat Secretary 2019 hall ticket. The admit card contains candidates name, roll number, category, date of birth, photograph, signature, date, time and exam centre. No admit card is not sent to candidates by post. APPSC Panchayat Secretary admit card 2019 will be issued to candidates who submit their application form successfully. To appear for the exam, candidates have to carry photo-identity proof along with the printed copy of admit card.

The answer key of APPSC Panchayat Secretary has been released by APPSC. APPSC Panchayat Secretary answer key 2019 is available online for all sets. The answer key helps candidates to check the correct answers of questions asked in the exam. While checking the answers, can file objection if they find any incorrect answer. Candidates can submit objection in case of discrepancies in APPSC Panchayat Secretary answer key.

The result of APPSC Panchayat Secretary will be declared in two stages – Screening Test and Final. APPSC has announce the result of prelims screening test on July 19, 2019. On the basis of APPSC Panchayat Secretary result 2019 of screening test, candidates will be selected for the mains exam. APPSC Panchayat Secretary 2019 final result will be declared based on the marks obtained by candidates in mains exam. The result will be available online. The roll numbers of qualified candidates will be made available in PDF format. APPSC will release the marks of each candidate few days after the declaration of result.

The cutoff of APPSC Panchayat is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates will have to secure to qualify the exam and become eligible for the next round of selection process. APPSC Panchayat Secretary cutoff is released separately for screening test and mains/final. The cutoff of screening test is the marks secured by last selected candidates. Based on APPSC Panchayat Secretary cutoff of screening test, candidates will be shortlisted for the mains exam. In 2016, APPSC Panchayat Secretary cutoff for Srikakulam and Vizianagaram district was 47.65 while it was 38.93 for Vishakhapatnam. The cutoff for Prakasam district was 51.67 while it was 47.32 for Kurnool. There are two types of cutoffs in mains examination – qualifying and overall. The minimum qualifying marks for the mains examination is 40% for OC category while it is 35% for BC category. The qualifying cutoff for SC, ST and PH category is 30%. Besides, the qualifying cutoff, candidates will have to secure the overall APPSC Panchayat Secretary cutoff for selection.

Nothing can be assured regarding it but hopefully they might allow you to give your exam. Now all you can do is wait for the exam to be conducted and if you can then please try informing the concerned authorities through mail about your query, Although the chances are quite low but still there are possibilities that somebody can reply you and guide you about the right thing to be done in such situations.

If you are asking about the releasing date of result of Panchayat secretary mains examination, then as per the recent notifications , the tentative date was in the month of February so there are chances that the result will be out in the end of February. Meaning, the result can also gets postpone to next month.
