As per the exam pattern of 2024 HP TET, there will be two papers in the exam. Paper I is for all those candidates who are applying for Class I to V and Paper - II is for Class VI to VIII. These papers are explicitly designed to test a candidate's overall capacity and experience as a teacher. The assessment authority tests the efficiency and way of teaching of the applicant. So, when preparing for HP TET tests, it is necessary to keep focusing on each subject.
In the HP TET syllabus, there are several parts and candidates need to pay equal attention to each and every segment. As all sections are equally relevant, don't neglect any section.
In this section, most of the candidates are not aware of the question pattern. For this section, choose the right book and develop some basic concepts. The questions posed in this portion of the exam are not very difficult. To try the questions, you should have the basic knowledge. Emphasize topics such as the 2005 National Curriculum Framework and the method of teaching-learning, understanding various (backward / mentally-retarded /specially-abled) learners, learning values, various teaching practices, and much more.
The language parts are relatively simple as that is the subject chosen by the candidates. In these sections, examiners will assess basic language skills. In order to do well, you need to learn grammar, vocabulary, and understanding. To get an overall understanding of the language components, follow UP TET's question paper from the previous year.
Most applicants find these issues relatively difficult. You need to spend more time here if you're bad in this chapter. Questions are based on universal concepts and try to learn in this section important formulas and theories to succeed. All you need to have a simple basic concept up to class Xth.
Read a textbook that covers the entire curriculum. Emphasize topics such as sources of renewable energy, biodiversity conservation and the value of environmental studies, house buildings, festivals, consumer protection, etc.
As per the exam pattern of HP TET 2024, the exam will be held for different subjects. Candidates can check the HP TET 2024 exam pattern to have a better idea about the examination:

Time Management: For almost all the preparation for the examination, time management is important. Provide enough time for each chapter to be covered initially.
Practice: HP TET planning involves a lot of practice for each subject. Practice helps you to achieve the precision and accuracy of answers. Train using HP TET mock tests and the latest sample paper.
Prepare Notes: Write all the basic formulas of the chapter down. This will help you in the process of revision. You don't have to look for the entire segment. When you get stuck, all you need when solving questions is to turn down your formula notebook.
Choice of Best Books: Based on the current syllabus and HP TET 2024 exam pattern, the main preparatory criteria are to have the best book. Candidates should check and start preparing the list of HP TET books available on the market below. This will definitely help you crack the HP TET review.
There is no fixed parameter that is sufficient or not. Are you reasonably prepared to score at least 20-30 marks higher than the average cut off according to the group of your previous year in the mock tests? If that's the case, then it's good for you to go.
No, it's not difficult. However, you must have an efficient planning strategy.

Hello,
According to the official notification regarding the eligibility criteria, the candidate must have 50% in their undergraduate degree, it could be BA, BCom, BSc, BEd depending upon the field you choose as a TGT or JBT. Since, you scored 49.9%, you are not eligible to apply. Although there is no upper age limit, you need to satisfy all of the eligibility criteria.
If you wish to know more about the age limit, academic criteria etc, you may check the following link -
https://competition.careers360.com/articles/hp-tet-eligibility-criteria
For HP TET a minimum of 45% aggregate is required for all who have graduated before 2010..
So you can appear in HP TET TGT...
But for JBT minimum of 50% aggregate and 2 year JBT certificate is also required.
So in my opinion you can't appear for HP TET JBT...
