If you have appeared for UPSC exams 3 times under the OBC category but do not have an OBC certificate , it might impact your eligibility for other exams where category-based reservations are provided.
However, for exams like
SSC CGL
and other government exams, if you do not have an
OBC certificate
, you will be considered under the
General category
. Here's what you can do:
1. SSC CGL or any government job exam:

: Without the OBC certificate, you will have to apply as a
General category
candidate, meaning you won't be eligible for OBC-related reservations (age relaxation, seats).
2. For Future Exams:
