LIC ADO Recruitment Process 2020
LIC conducts the ADO exam in three phases - Preliminary stage, Mains stage and Personal Interview. Candidates who qualify one stage of the exam will be shortlisted to appear for the subsequent stage of the exam.
The LIC ADO preliminary stage consists of 100 questions and carries a total of 70 marks out of 30 marks of English is qualifying in nature. The preliminary stage has three subjects: Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability and English.
The LIC ADO mains stage is the second stage of the recruitment process. This stage is held seperately for employee category and agent category. In the mains stage, the questions are based on Reasoning ability and Numerical Ability, General Knowledge, Current Affairs and English Language with special emphasis to Grammar and Vocabulary. There are a total of 150 questions of 150 marks.
The final stage of the LIC ADO recruitment process is the Personal Interview. Candidates who qualify each stage of the exam (Preliminary and Mains) will be able to appear for Personal Interview, post which the candidates will be recruited at the vacant posts as per LIC ADO vacancy 2020.
LIC ADO Salary 2020
Candidates recruited for the LIC ADO posts are first shortlisted for the apprentice period. During the apprentice period they are entitled for a fixed amount of stipend per month after the stipend period is over, candidates will get a salary of Rs. 37345 per month along with Dearness allowances (DA), House Rent Allowances (HRA) and City Compensatory Allowances. There are various other benefits which an ADO is entitled to which is medical benefits, insurance benefits, reimbursements and other benefits.

For General Category ,the cut-off marks is around 55-60 in the east zone for the lic ado mains.This cut-off marks are according to the previous data of lic ado mains.
