ICICI Bank PO Selection Process - ICICI Bank has determined the selection process of ICICI Bank PO exam in order to shortlist candidates in its PO program. Candidates must go through the ICICI Bank PO selection process to know the stages in which the selection will be conducted. As per ICICI Bank PO 2020 selection process, the test is held in four stages - online aptitude test, online psychometric questionnaire test, GD and interview. Candidates must meet the ICICI Bank PO eligibility criteria before appearing in the exam. The ICICI Bank PO application form is open throughout the year and candidates can register for appearing in the exam. Candidates qualifying in all the stages will be considered ICICI Bank PO qualified. All the qualified candidates will further have to take admission at the Manipal school of Banking and Finance under ICICI Bank PO program.

After the completion of the PO program, candidates will be awarded Post Graduation Diploma Degree in Banking and Finance. ICICI Bank PO 2020 exam will be conducted for the new batches upcoming batches. Ther test will be held in online mode wherein candidates qualifying in the first stage will have to appear for the next stage of the ICICI Bank PO selection process which is the questionnaire test.

Selection Process of ICICI Bank PO - Online Aptitude Test
The first stage in the ICICI Bank PO selection process is the online aptitude test. In this stage of the selection process of ICICI Bank PO, a total of 60 marks questions are asked for which candidates are given 1 hour. The test contains questions from three sections - Logical Reasoning, English Language and Quantitative Analysis - test which is conducted for a total of 60 marks for which candidates are given 1 hour. Each of the three sections will contain 20 questions of 1 mark each.

ICICI Bank PO Selection process - Online Psychometric Questionnaire
This stage of the selection process of ICICI Bank PO is an online psychometric questionnaire test. In this stage, candidates will have to book a slot through mail in order to take the test. The candidates will be intimated regarding their questionnaire test through email. This stage of ICICI Bank PO selection process is conducted to evaluate candidates on the grounds of various qualities like leadership, team work, taking initiatives etc.
ICICI Bank PO 2020 Selection Process - Case Based Group Discussion
Only those candidates will be able to reach this stage of ICICI Bank PO selection process whp will pass the questionnaire test. Candidates will have to appear for this group discussion on any of the topics given by the conducting authorities. It is important for the candidates to qualify in the GD round only then they will be called for the personal Interview round which will be held on the same day of the GD.
ICICI Bank PO Selection process - Personal Interview (PI)
Candidates qualifying in the GD will only be called for the PI. Candidates qualifying in the personal interview will be shortlisted for the final merit list and will be considered qualified. After qualifying in all the stages of the ICICI Bank PO selection process, candidates will have to take admission in the ICICI Bank PO programme at Manipal School of Banking and finance.
