ICICI Bank PO Programme - ICICI Bank conducts ICICI Bank PO exam to offer admission to the candidates in its ICICI Bank PO programme. Graduates with at least 55% marks not more than 27 years of age will be able to apply for the exam. As per the ICICI Bank PO programme, there are four terms - Term 1, 2, 3, and 4 which is of 4 months, 2 months, 2 months and 4 months respectively. In order to shortlist candidates for admission to the ICICI Bank PO programme, the authorities conduct an online test. The ICICI Bank PO test will be held in four stages - Online Aptitude test, Online Psychometric Questionnaire, Case-based Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). ICICI Bank PO 2020 exam will be conducted for the new batches - batch 50 and 51. The test will be held in online mode. Candidates must meet the ICICI Bank PO eligibility criteria before appearing in the exam. ICICI Bank PO Programme Selection Process

In order to shortlist the candidates for the programme of ICICI Bank PO, the test is conducted on the following stages:

  • Online Aptitude test - The first stage in the selection process is the online test which is conducted for a total of 60 marks for which candidates are given 1 hour. The questions are asked from three sections - Logical Reasoning, English Language and Quantitative Analysis from which 20 questions of 1 mark each will be asked.

  • Online Psychometric Questionnaire - Candidates will be able to book a slot in order to take the test and they will be intimated for the same through email.

  • Case-based Group Discussion (GD) - Candidates who will qualify in the online test and the online questionnaire test will be called for the case-based group discussion

  • Personal Interview (PI) - Candidates qualifying in the personal interview will be shortlisted for the final merit list. Candidates will then have to take admission in the ICICI Bank PO programme.

The GD and PI will be conducted on the same day. Personal Interview will be held for only those candidates who will qualify in the GD.

ICICI Bank PO Programe Structure

After being shortlisted in the final merit list, the qualified candidates will have to take admission in the ICICI Bank PO programme at the Manipal School of Banking and Finances, Bangaluru. After completion of all the terms, candidates will be awarded the diploma degree in Banking and Finance. The ICICI Bank PO Programme structure is as follows:

  • Term 1 - Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru (4 months)

  • Term 2 - Internship at ICICI Bank (2 months)

  • Term 3 - Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru (2 months)

  • Term 4 - On-the-job training at ICICI Bank (4 months)

ICICI Bank PO Programme Fee

Candidates taking admission in the PO programme of ICICI Bank PO will have to pay the following:

  • Rs.3,71,700/- (Loan amount of Rs.3,15,000/- Plus applicable Goods and Service Tax, which is presently at 18%)

  • Rs.16,800/- (Cost of Tablet + Cover + SD Card + GST)

    Thus, the total amount that must be paid is Rs.3,88,500/-

What after the ICICI Bank PO Programme Completion?

After completing the ICICI Bank PO Training Programme, the Probationary Officers will be awarded Diploma in Banking and Finance. Further, the Probationary Officers will be absorbed as Deputy Managers Band I in any of the ICICI Bank branches across the country.
