The examination of ICICI Bank PO is conducted in four stages - Aptitude Test, Psychometric Test, Case-based Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The aptitude and psychometric test is held in online mode. The computer based test consists of multiple choice questions with no negative marks for wrong answers.

ICICI Bank PO Syllabus 2020 – Group Discussion

Candidates who have qualified the previous round will be called for the Group Discussion through email. The Group Discussion (GD) will be based on a case study. This GD will test a candidate’s ability to work in a team and deliver results in a limited time period. Candidates are also evaluated on certain attributes through GDs which are otherwise difficult or time consuming. GDs also help ascertain body language and level of confidence in a candidate.

Candidates qualifying the GD will have to appear for the Personal Interview on the same day at the designated venue.
