Each candidate has his/ her own strategy to prepare for REET exam. However firm determination and consistency are two main factors required to clear any exam. Here are the REET preparation tips that can prove useful to crack the exam.
For REET preparation, always opt for NCERT and CBSE books. Do not get distracted by the number of books available out there in the market.
The first and most important aspect is to be familiar with the REET syllabus for level 1 and level 2 whichever you are appearing for. Divide your REET 2024 preparation according to the syllabus and number of days left for exam.
In last few days of your REET exam, boost your preparation through sample papers and mock tests
As there is no negative marking in the exam, candidates should attempt as many questions as possible in the exam.
A total of 150 questions are asked in REET 2024 paper for level 1. There are overall five sections in REET exam with each section having 30 questions and carrying a total weightage of 150 marks.
There is no definite number as it depends on the aspirant on how many REET sample papers he/she can solve. However, solving minimum of 10 to 15 sample papers of REET is said to be good practice to prepare for the exam.
There are a number of books available in the market out there for REET preparation. However the best books for REET paper 2024 are considered to be the NCERT and CBSE books.
Candidates need to study at least 5-6 hours each day while preparing for REET 2024.

For D.EL.ED course age limits vary from one state from another state board. however the minimum age for this course is 18 years and maximum age limit is 35 and the candidate should have passed 12th with any stream/graduation/post graduation from a recognized institution with at least 50% secured marks.

And yes for REET exam Candidate having D.EL.ED certificate or degree with minimum 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education ( D.El.Ed ) is valid for Level 1, which is for Class 1 to 5th student.

Yes, it is possible . As per your question, Graduation must me completed or you must be in final year diploma of elementary education. This is the eligibility criteria for REET exam. 50% marks is needed. This year the application last date has got over. The Board recruits teachers every year.
