UPSC Civil Services Exam
Hello suraj,
As you mentioned that in most of your documents there is a mistake in your name so it will be advisable if you request for the correction before you give any government exam.
Matters related to change in name , incorrect spellings are treated very strictly as they are the proofs of your sole indentity. Follow only one pattern. Either request for a change the name in marks card and certificate or go for the alteration in adhar card and bank. Well the second one will be the best choice. You can easily change your adhar card details as well as bank details.
And then try to make these changes equivalent in all documents.
If your Cognizant profile name matches to all the documents provided by you, then there will be no problem.
Hope it might have helped.
Regards

Hi there
In order to answer your query, I would say first of all its quite good you have set your aim for this ambitious examination. That being said there are a lot of technicalities which you must know while appearing for the same.
You should definitely consider the following:-
1. Check the latest eligibility criteria before starting preparation to ensure you can sit for the same.
2. Check out the dates of application forms, like when they are going to be released and the last submission date. During preparation it's natural to lose track of such stuff which later on could prove to be a blunder
3. Check the latest syllabus for the exam and start yourself getting well versed with the concepts of it.
4. Start giving enough mock papers along with past year papers to analyse what standard your current preparation is.
5. Check out the articles or videos of people who have aced this exams to know any good tips and tricks while preparing. Doing these steps will boost your preparation
I hope this answer helps; best wishes

I think you might just be a tad bit too young to start preparing already.
There’s still around 8-10 years before you will even be eligible to appear for the examination.
Although it’s never too early to study. What you can do as of now read all your NCERTs thoroughly and this should be followed even when you move to the next standard.
I say this because NCERT is the most important source for preparation.
When you finally do start yoir preparation some years down the line, you’ll find it way easier.
All the best for your future pursuits!
