UP PCS J Syllabus 2024: Preliminary Exam weightage

The UP PCS J prelims hold a total of 450 marks. Paper- 1 (General Knowledge) may be attempted for 150 marks while Paper- 2 (Law) may be attempted for 300 marks. In the preliminary exams, incorrect answers will face negative marking with 0.33 marks cut per wrong answer. There is no negative marking for unattempted questions.
