Registration
First of all, candidates have to register themselves by visiting IBPS’s official website - ibps.in.
Aspirants have to enter their name, email Id and phone number in the first step of the application form for IBPS SO 2024.
A system-generated application number will be created and will be sent to the candidate's registered email id and mobile number.
Uploading of Signature and Photograph
In the second step of the IBPS SO 2024 application form,
Candidates are required to upload a scanned copy of a passport-sized photograph and signature as prescribed by the specifications.
Aspirants must note that the photo must be recently coloured with a white background having dimensions of 200 x 230 pixels in a file size of 20-50 kb.
The signature must be in black ink on white paper in a file size of 10-20 KB with dimensions of 140-60 pixels.
Filling of Basic Details
Now candidates are required to enter personal and academic details like name, address, phone number, date of birth, marks scored in 10 and 12, etc.

IBPS SO Cut Off 2024
IBPS will release IBPS SO 2024 cut-off online at ibps.in. along with the declaration of the result. The cut-off of IBPS SO 2024 will be released in PDF format. IBPS SO cut-off 2024 will be released separately for each stage of the exam - prelims, main and interview. The IBPS SO cut-off is the minimum mark that a candidate has to obtain more than or equivalent to qualify for the exam.
The IBPS SO 2024 cut-off marks of candidates in the main and interview will be normalised to 100. The provisional allotment will be provided based on the normalisation score and candidates’ preferences. However, the final combined score will be prepared on the basis of 80% weightage in the marks of the IBPS SO main exam and 20% to the Interview score.
IBPS SO GD and PI Process 2024
Candidates who qualify IBPS SO 2024 main exam will be eligible to appear in the prelims exam. The interview will be conducted by respective participating banks at their regional offices. The total marks allotted for the Interview are 100. General category candidates will have to score at least 40% marks while reserved category candidates will have to score 35% to qualify in the Interview round. The IBPS main exam and Interview are allotted with a weightage of 80:20. The final merit list of aspirants will be prepared on the basis of their performance in the IBPS SO mains exam 2024 and Interview.
IBPS SO Selection Process 2024
The IBPS SO 2024 selection process includes a preliminary exam, mains exam and interview. Aspirants who qualify in the Prelims exam will be eligible to sit in the IBPS SO mains exam. However, candidates who qualify for the mains exam will be invited to appear in the Interview round.
