Work on your interpersonal skills and communication skills. Your personality is tested during the interview.
Also NCERT books specially 9th and 10th are very important for your preparation, so study those really well.
Once you finish your 12th, then when you are doing your degree you can also take some online coaching classes, and practice question papers.
It is good that you have an interest in it and dedication to get it from such an early stage. Keep this spirit going and I am sure you will be able to clear the three rounds of UPSC exam.

Hi.
UPSC is a difficult exam no doubt but what makes it or any national level exam difficult? Competition and Paper Pattern. Other than that it is a not a rocket science to clear an exam, many students all over India are able to do it. So can you.
A few factors on what makes it seem difficult:
Factor No. 1 to figure out How Tough is the IAS Exam. UPSC examination in India consists of 3 levels or stages.
To reach the next level, a candidate has to clear the previous level. And there is no secret that as the level changes, the level of difficulty also rises. The most difficult task is to crack the interview because at the last stage i.e. interview not only your knowledge is put to test but your overall personality and ability to deal with practical challenges as well.
The second factor that showcases the complexity of the exam is its huge syllabus. Indeed, UPSC is tough as far as its syllabus is considered. The diversity of subjects demands more determination and long study hours. Since the role of an IAS is not just limited to a particular field, the subjects to be covered for this examination contains varied streams. You need to learn each and every subject, whether you like it or not.
In short, it covers-
Unlike school or college exams, the passing score is not just 33%. UPSC is the race of winning one of India’s most sought designations. If we analyze the past success rate in UPSC exams, we get an idea of whether the IAS exam is tough or easy.
The cut off marks in the UPSC exam is usually low. The reason being the level of competition is very high. Everyone wants to try their luck and abilities to break into the civil services. Each year there are lakhs of people appear for UPSC prelims exam and only 1/4 th i.e. 25% of them pass. Out of them, those who qualify the mains exam are even less up to 15%. However, the rate of success is relatively high at the interview stage.
Overall the passing percentage in the UPSC exam is less than 1%. Yes, you read it correctly it is just 1%.
You can’t just do it in a month or two. It takes at least a year to prepare satisfactorily for the UPSC exams. It is not possible to cover the hefty syllabus overnight. Proper planning, dedicated preparation is a must.

Yes, you can definitely prepare for UPSC civil services examination along with your Bsc agriculture, many students do prepare for UPSC along with their graduation and not only prepare but crack it as well and get into their dream services you can do the same , what all it requires is dedication and focus towards your studies.
And yes, 4 years is enough for your UPSC preparation, don't worry.
But yes, As you are doing your graduation you'll have to balance both your graduation and your studies for preparation for UPSC. As you have 4 years you can prepare easily even if you give 6 hours a day, not much is required as you have 4 years. Now how you will give 6 hours a day depends upon you. For example, if your college starts at 9:00 you can wake up at 5 ,get fresh by 5:30 and can study till it 8 , again after 1 hour of returning from college , you can study for 2 hours for UPSC, then again have some break and after which you can study for your college and before you sleep you can again give 2 hours towards your UPSC preparation so that you can give a total of 6 hours in a day. It will a little difficult to manage at starting but soon you will get used to it, just try to do this for 21 days and you will soo get into your routine :)
Follow the below tips to prepare well for your UPSC examination :-
First of all IIT is not a stream to be chosen in your class 11th , IITs are just an Engineering colleges which provide admission through JEE advanced so I am guessing that you mean that you are in 11th and have to chosen science stream maths group and you are preparing for JEE mains and advance for pursuing engineering in IIT.
And yes, After your engineering from IIT you will be able to become an IAS officer as to become an IAS officer you need to clear UPSC civil services examination and to be eligible for that you need to be a graduate in any discipline doesn't matter whether it's Engineering or any other graduation course fr om any recognised University
After the completion of your engineering you will be eligible for UPSC examination and can appear for it and you will have to go through 3 stages of UPSC which are listed below :-
*The first stage of the exam is Preliminary examination (objective )
*The second stage, Mains (written).
*If you manage to clear both prelims and mains then you are to go through third stage i.e interview/personality test .
And if you managed to clear all the three rounds mentioned above, then you can become an ias/ ips etc officer on the basis of rank obtained by you in UPSC and your preference
Also, These days it has been become very common to go for UPSC examination after engineering, a lot of students complete their engineering and then go for writing UPSC examination and not only appear for UPSC examination, they qualify it as well also and some even top the exam : ) . For Instance, Kanishak Kataria who topped UPSC civil services examination in 2018 was an engineer.
The additional benefit of doing engineering first and then appearing for UPSC examination is that you will have a back up, you know UPSC examination in note that is easy to crack show in the worst is if you you could not crack it then with your engineering degree can go for other decent jobs.
In short, You don't need to worry at all after engineering from IIT you can definitely become an IAS officer
Now that ,you are in 11th and preparing for JEE ,to prepare well you can go for our jee program at the convenience of your home, the link for the same is provided below
