The basic qualifications eligibility criteria for all the exam like Afcat ,ssb ,ssc are a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university . And need minimum 60%in the graduation degree.
For air force the eligibility criteria is a engineering degree which you have.
So are eligible for all those exam you have mentioned.

Hey dear, if you want to give AFCAT exam so the requirements are that you should have completed you 10+2 having PCM with minimum 60% marks, and you should definitely have a minimum 3 years undergraduate degree from a reputed institution with minimum 60% marks, only than you can give AFCAT exam.

hope you are doing good. To become eligible for attending AFSSB you need to qualify the exam everytime. Since AFCAT held twice a year so you get two chances to attend AFSSB

You are not eligible for Flying branch through AFCAT because the Maximum Limits of Refractive Error for flying branch is Hypermetropia: + 2.0D Sph Manifest Myopia: Nil Retinoscopic myopia: - 0.5 in any meridian permitted Astigmatism: + 0.75D Cyl (within + 2.0D Max). However, for other branches such as Aircrew, administration, ATC, AE, AL, Education, Logistics, Accounts, Meteorology you are eligible.
AFCAT is an entrance exam IAF will release notification for AFCAT and it is conducted twice a year. The candidates who clear AFCAT, SSB Interview and Medical Test will be given course training.

No, through AFCAT women will be recruited in Short Service Commission however, ministry of defence has granted permanent commission for women in Indian Army, Indian Airforce and Indian Navy in 2020. But permanent service commission is given for those who have joined in SSC. The notification for AFCAT 2 2020 is released and there is no permanent service commission granted for women initially,once you have joined in SSC after 10+4 years of service you may apply for Permanent commission.
In IAF permanent commission is not given for Flying branch for rest of the branches such as ground duty technical and non-technical will be given PC for women.
Yeah Definitely, you can apply for Technical, Flying as well as Non Flying Branches in AFCAT after Metallurgical Engineering. Of course the requirements for Metallurgical engineering are comparatively less than Mechanical or perhaps Electrical Engineers in AIR FORCE, but never mind you can always make your place if you have will.
In AFCAT Flying Branch, doesnt matter you are from which branch, what matters is your performance in Aptitude test, Your Attitude and Determination during SSB Interview as well as your Fitness and accuracy levels.

You can join Army Institute of technology, pune( 109 NIRF rank) where computer science engineering branch is provided under BTech degree. Degree college doesn't provide any special class for civil or military exam. it has to be you have to learn to manage time to prepare for CDS or AFCAT exam.
you can join any engineering college and prepare for civil exam. all you have to do is manage academic and make out time for practice for exam. if you want coaching then you can take to get the appropriate competitive environment and it will inspire you to work hard.
