As per the latest eligibility criteria of CDS 2020, the candidates between 20 to 24 years are eligible to give this exam.
You are 23 now and you are going to be of 24 years on 5 March 2021, so you are eligible for the respective exam in each and every course ranging from IMA to OTA.

Hey Gauri, Of course, you will be eligible for afcat but after your bsc graduation. Because any undergraduate degree will do. But make sure you do not have any backlogs at the time of your application and also you have an aggregate mark of minimum 60%. Only then you will be eligible.

The minimum education qualification required to be eligible for AFCAT is that a candidate must have passed 3 year bachelor's degree or 4 year B.E/B.tech or cleared section A&B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers or Aeronautical Society of India with minimum 60% marks from a recognized board or university. Also you must have scored minimum 60% marks in each Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 level. You have not clearly mentioned if you have scored 50% individually in Maths and Physics or taken together. Check if individual score in Maths and Physics, if you have 60% marks each in Maths and Physics you are eligible provided you must have passed in bachelor's degree with 60% marks.
If you have not submitted the course preference and made the application fee payment you can edit the details by logging in with your credentials. Before doing so please clear history and cache from your browser and login. Incomplete applications will not generate admit card. If you have already made the fee payment and submitted the form you cannot change your details, You need to fill a fresh application and pay the fee once again. The last date is July 14, 2020 you still have time to submit the application. If multiple application forms are submitted by a candidate then the latest one will be considered. Nationality
Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit
Candidates applying for Flying branch must age between 20 and 24 years while those applying for Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branch must age between 20 to 26 years of age.
Marital Status
Candidates below the age of 25 years must be unmarried during the time of commencement of the course. Candidates below 25 years who are widows, widowers, and divorcees are not eligible to apply. However, those candidates can apply who are more than 25 years and are married.
Education Qualification
Candidates must pertain certain education qualification to appear in AFCAT 2020. The table below contains the educational requirement of candidates as per the official notification.

the basic qualification eligibility for AFCAT 2020 is candidate must have passed their 10+2 from recognized board with the subjects physics and chemistry necessarily having and candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60 percent ,arks each in maths and physics at 10+2 level or candidate must hold a bachelors degree of minimum 3 years in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 60 percent marks

As per eligibility criteria of AFCAT released by Indian Air Force (IAF) the basic eligibility criteria for technical and non technical course is Bachelor's degree with atleast 60% marks and with maximum age of 26 years. The Final year students are also eligible to apply for afcat. So, Yes, you can apply for AFCAT if you meet the age criteria.
