Name of the University has nothing to do with your Civil Services Examination.
You just need a graduation degree from any University having an NAAC certificate.

You can opt for any under graduation course,either b,tech, b.sc, BA ,LLB etc..You can opt for a b.tech course for backup because you can get other job offers in case if you want to change your career track.Or if you are very serious about IAS,then you can take majors
