The upper age limit for flying branch is 20-24 years. For Commercial Pilot Licence holders the upper age is relaxed up to 26 years. So if you are considering to join in Flying branch you may not be eligible if your age is 25 years but if you have CPL licence you can appear for AFCAT as the upper age limit is 26 years. So by the given age criteria you can apply for Ground Duty technical and non-technical if your age in between 20-25 years.

To be eligible to appear for AFCAT a candidate must have passed 3 year degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from a recognized board or 4 year BE/B Tech with minimum 60% marks or equivalent from a recognized board or Cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent. The candidate must score minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics individually in 10+2 level. If the marks that you have mentioned in your query are scored out of 100 then you are not eligible to appear for AFCAT as you have scored only 49% aggregate marks in Mathematics. You need to have minimum 50% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics Separately.

No, a student with only having 12th qualified is not eligible to appear for AFCAT examination. One also need to have graduated to participate in AFCAT examination. According to the eligibility criteria, one needs to have 60% in 12th with physics and mathematics and qualified graduation or engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.

The eligibility criteria to appear for AFCAT for Flying branch is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics with minimum of 50% marks individually in Mathematics and Physics from a recognized board. Also the candidate must have passed 3 year bachelor's Degree with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or must have passed BE/B Tech degree with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or must have cleared Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University. The age must be in between 20-24 year however, for CPL license holder issued by DGCA (India) the upper age limit is 26 years.
You haven't mentioned the subjects that you have studied in NIOS but check the above mentioned eligibility criteria, if you have fulfilled it you can appear for AFCAT when you are in the final year of the qualifying exam and after passing in the qualifying exam.
There aren't any such institutes which provide coaching for AFCAT along with Undergraduate course. If you want to prepare for AFCAT and attend coaching classrooms then you need to join in a private coaching centers for AFCAT. So you need to enroll in such coaching institute and prepare simultaneously while pursuing Bachelor's degree. Indian Air Force invites the unmarried male candidates for selection test to join as AIRMEN IN GROUP ‘X’ TRADES (EXCEPT EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR TRADE) AND GROUP ‘Y’ TRADES (EXCEPT INDIAN AIR FORCE (SECURITY) AND MUSICIAN TRADE) through online applications.
