No, a student with only having 12th qualified is not eligible to appear for AFCAT examination. One also need to have graduated to participate in AFCAT examination.

The eligibility criteria to appear for AFCAT for Flying branch is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with  Mathematics and Physics with minimum of 50% marks individually in Mathematics and Physics from a recognized board. There aren't any such institutes which provide coaching for AFCAT along with Undergraduate course. If you want to prepare for AFCAT and attend coaching classrooms then you need to join in a private coaching centers for AFCAT. So you need to enroll in such coaching institute and prepare simultaneously
