As per the eligibility criteria, candidates who have appeared for their final semester exams are eligible to apply, but they need to provide proof of passing the course before the main written exam. And the applicants' age should be within 23 to 40 years as on Jan 01 of the year of appearing.

Is RJS exam for appointment as civil judge of district court in rajasthan?

RJS (Rajasthan Judicial Services Competitive Exam) is taken once in a year by Rajasthan State Government in 3 stages like Prelims, mains and last is interview. It is taken for the purpose of recruiting for the post of high court judges. District court judges in any state are appointed by the governor of the state in consultation with the high court exercising their jurisdiction of the state.

No, final year student can't apply for RJS examination. Have a look at Eligiblity criteria for RJS examination.
  • Candidate must be Indian citizen
  • Must have domicile of Rajasthan
  • Must be completed Bachelor's degree
  • Age must be not less then 21 and not more then 40

I am 22 year old female final year law student. As the age to be reconed from 1/1/2020 is to be 23 and i will be 23 in June 2020, am i eligible to appear for the Rajasthan civil judge exam 2020?

the eligibility criteria is The age of the applicants must not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 1st January 2020. so as you are already above  21 years , there will be no issue for that. I hope you may understand.
