If there is surity or chance to get a teaching job after d.el.ed ,and clearing CTET paper 1, without graduation? my priority is job, so i want to do graduation from distance learning after d.el.ed with job!

Hello,

See, the scenario in the career of teaching has changed a lot, now any aspirant who has inclination towards a teaching career, they need to have pursued any teacher training program, whether it's DEd,DElEd,BEd etc, without having any of these qualifications an aspirant cannot apply for CTET or state level TETs, now coming to your question see qualifying CTET Paper I is one step towards the success, it acts like a certificate that you're eligible to apply for vacancies in the respective government schools such as KVS, NVS etc, against your suitable educational qualifications, it's not that only qualifying CTET you will get a government job, other than this you have to work towards your knowledge, presentation, communication, etc, what all is required to be a good teacher, but yes the certificate of CTET is highly important for a person seeking career in teaching, and it also applies to many state level schools government as well as private, hence its significance cannot be ignored.

is it compulsory to clear uptet after clearing ctet and what is the difference and importance of both exams individually ? kindly response ..

Shivam Rawat 12th Sep, 2021

Hi Priya,

As per the current scenerio if recruitment for the Teacher starts in Uttar Pradesh then the candidate who have cleared the CTET is eligible for the Job.

So, it is not necessary to clear UPTET after CTET.

And some of the differences between UPTET and CTET are listed below:

1. CTET is conducted by the Central Govt and it is for the Schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya, Savodaya etc which are funded by the Central Govt.

2. UPTET is for the Schools run by Uttar Pradesh government only.

3. The Salary is high of the Central Government Teacher.

4. Also the competetion must be high for the CTET as all the candidates from all over India can fill up the form.

5. The validity of CTET score is for 7 years and for UPTET it is 5 years.

I hope it helps you.

Thanks.

after completing b. sc ,M.sc and b. ed. is it necessary for appearing in ctet without ctet I can teach in gov. School or private school or not

pdwords Student Expert 18th Aug, 2021
Hello,

If you're seeking opportunities in government schools like KVS, NVS, Army school etc then CTET is mandatory, even in case of private schools majority of them will require you to qualify CTET, however the decision to go with CTET or not regarding recruitment of a teacher rests with the administration only, but yes reputed ones will surely ask, if you are already a postgraduate and hold BEd degree then you can appear for CTET that will be beneficial for you, and apart from this if you are looking at state level government schools recruitment process then you can appear for TETs conducted at state level.

Shivanshu 24th Sep, 2021

Hi aspirant!

Hope everything will be fine! If you are a btech graduate student then you can easily give the Bank exams without any problem but a btech graduate student can't give ctet,DSSSB,kvs, nvs exams(teaching exams).if after btech you want to go for teaching career then you can get a handsome salary in private field. But for government teaching you have to do deled or bed or other diplomas.

There is no medium barrier for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or the CTET Exam. So, you are absolutely eligible for appear Exam. The question paper is available in both English as well as Hindi language.

Moving forward to the paper pattern- Paper I (Primary level) for classes 1th to 5th and Paper-II (Elementary Level) for classes 6th to 8th. The entire exam is conducted in offline mode i.e. pen paper based manner and the duration of the exam remains 2 hours 30 minutes and the aspirants are bound to complete the paper in this time limit only.
