The preliminary examination is qualifying in nature and its marks will not be added in the final merit list. The syllabus of Manipur PSC exam is different for both paper I and II are completely different. This paper is of qualifying nature and it will be in english language only. The syllabus of this paper is to check the basic knowledge and skills of applicants in the language. Manipur PSC Exam pattern 2020
