No you can't give the exam it will need a bachelor degree to give the same exam . The required education qualification for the TSPSC Group 4 Exam is a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university or board.

the tnpsc group 4 post and salary details

1. village administrative officer (VAO)
2. junior assistant (non security)
3. junior assistant(security)
4. bill collector
5. draftsman

the above post ,the candidate must passed the SSLC exam with minimum marks that can grand permission to higher secondary school and the salary is in the range of  RS 19500 to 62000

1. typist -  after higher secondary , should complete government technical examination in type writing. the salary range is between 20,600 to 65500
2. steno typist - after higher secondary should complete government technical examination in type writing  and in short  handwriting. the salary range same as typist
