The SSC Selection Post exam 2024 will be held from June 24, 25 & 26, 2024 (Revised). The commission provided the SSC Selection Post application form correction window from March 30 to April 1, 2024 at ssc.gov.in. The SSC Selection Post application form was closed on March 26, 2024 (Extended date).
The commission released the SSC Selection Post exam notification on February 26, 2024. Along with the notification, the commission released the SSC Selection Post application form in online mode at ssc.gov.in. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC Selection Posts recruitment exam for various posts such as Junior Engineer, Junior Physiotherapist, Scientific Assistant, Junior Seed Analyst, Botanical Assistant, Stenographer Group 3, Data Processing Assistant, Library and Information Assistant, Library Clerk, etc.
Candidates who apply successfully within the prescribed dates will be issued an online admit card for the Computer Based Examination. Candidates qualifying for the online test will be called for Document Verification in a ratio of 1:10, that is for every vacancy available for each post, 10 candidates will be called to partake in the Document Verification process. Therefore, candidates 10 times the total number of vacancies will be called for Document Verification.

The eligibility criteria of SSC Selection Post is prescribed by Staff Selection Commission along with the notification. As per SSC Selection Post eligibility criteria, candidates must be citizens of India in order to apply for the various posts. The Commission has specified different age limit as well as separate educational qualification for the various posts available under Selection Post. The Commission also provides relaxation in upper age limit, the particulars to which has been provided below.

The commission provided SSC CPO application form correction window 2024 from March 30 to April 1, 2024. The SSC Selection Post application form was closed on March 26, 2024 (Extended date). SSC released the application form for Selection Post 2024 recruitment exam on February 26, 2024.
Candidates applying for multiple posts have been required to fill out separate application forms. The application fee of SSC Selection Post is Rs. 100. Female candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD, and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying the fee. Candidates can pay the fee through SBI Challan only.
Procedure to Fill SSC Selection Post Application Form
Step 1: Go to the official website - ssc.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on 'New User? Register Now' under the login window, fill in all the fields mentioned therein.
Step 3: Now log in using the login credentials generated after registration.
Step 4: Click on the 'Apply' button on the home page.
Step 5: Click on the 'Others' tab.
Step 6: Click on the 'Apply' button against 'Phase-VIII/2024/Selection Posts'.
Step 7: Proceed to fill out the application form details.
Step 8: Pay the application fee and submit.

The exam pattern of SSC Selection Post is prescribed by Staff Selection Post (SSC). Recruitment to posts of SSC Selection Post is done on the basis of three separate Computer Based Examination. The difficulty level of the online test for the different posts will vary based on the post candidates have applied for. As per the marking scheme, candidates will be allotted two marks for every correct response whereas half marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.

The Commission will issue SSC Selection Post 2024 admit card in online mode for all regions on the official zonal websites. The exam authority will also activate SSC Selection Post 2024 city intimation link. The link will be activated for all levels - Matriculation, Higher Secondary and Graduate or above. Candidates can download SSC Selection Post admit card by logging in using their registration number/roll number/ name and date of birth.
Candidates must carry the admit card to the examination hall on the day of the exam to be allowed to appear for the same. The admit card contains information pertaining to candidates’ names, roll numbers, date of birth, parent’s name, date, time and venue of exam and exam day guidelines.
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the SSC selection post provisional answer key 2024 on the official website. The provisional answer key contains the correct answers to all questions asked in the exam. Candidates will be able to raise objections against answers provided in the answer key by paying fee of Rs. 100 per answer. The objection raised by candidates is scrutinised and the Commission releases final answer key. Answers provided in the final answer key will be binding and no further changes will be acknowledged by the Commission.
SSC will declare the result of SSC Selection Post at ssc.gov.in. SSC Selection Post result will be announced in online mode. Each region of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) releases the SSC Selection Post result separately. With the help of result, candidates are shortlisted for recruitment to the various posts available under SSC Selection Post. The procedure to check the result of SSC Selection Post has been given below.

The cut off of SSC Selection Post will be released along with the result. The cut off is the minimum number of marks that candidates must secure in order to qualify the exam stage and become eligible for recruitment to the posts chosen by them. On the basis of the cutoff, candidates securing the minimum cut off are deemed to have qualified the exam stage and therefore, will be selected for recruitment to the posts.
Candidates will be recruited for SSC Selection Post on the basis of marks obtained in the Computer-Based Examination (CBE). Candidates securing the minimum qualifying cutoff in the Computer Based Examination will be called for Document Verification. However, candidates applying for certain posts such as Stenographer Group 3 will also have to appear for a skill test.
The Skill Test is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. Marks secured by candidates will be available along with the final result. The final result will be prepared on the basis of candidates’ performance in CBE. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has prescribed the minimum qualifying marks for the Computer Based Exam. Candidates must at least obtain the minimum marks specified by the Commission to qualify the exam stage and be shortlisted for the next stage of the selection process. I am not sure whether the district of yours is not in the list or there is some server issue. however try to login from the different browser and make sure the internet connection is excellent. it would be best to fill the registration and form filling from a cyber cafe. however still the problem continues immediately contact with the osssc help desk.

see first of all in ssc selection test exam there will be written test, which held in three stages like matriculation level, higher secondary level and graduate level, question pattern is 100 questions from section of english, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, reasoning. however as per the basis on written test candidates will be shortlisted for document verification, but if some post required skill test like computer proficiency or typing test etc there will be separate skill assessment test.

The application form for SSC filled by you should not get rejected as you have paid the fees for it. Also, the fees was accepted. Sometimes the page doesn't move on to another page If you havent havent filled mandatory details. So, i don't don't the from should be rejected. But, you should check this out with the concerned authorities by contacting them. Visit the official website and contact the helpdesk. They may help you with the further steps.
