No you cannot fill again CTET 2021 form again after final submission but if you want to make correction in the application form you can do it during correction window. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will close the CTET application form 2021 tomorrow. CBSE will open the CTET application form correction window 2021 in online mode on October 22, 2021. You can make changes in the application form during the correction window. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.
CBSE has begun the CTET 2021 application form filling process from September 20 and the last date to register for the exam is October 19. The officials will open the correction window from October 22 to October 28. You can make changes in your application from during the correction window. CBSE has provided the sample CTET question papers on September 24 for the candidates as the exam will be held in online mode. CTET 2021 exam will be held tentatively from December 16 to January 13, 2022 in online mode. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.
You might have received the application number/ Registration number to the registered E-mail ID and phone number. If you haven't received it, we would suggest you to register once again using Alternate E-mail ID and Phone number. As your previous application is incomplete, it will not be considered. You can register once again and complete the application process while you do this note down the application number/registration number.

CTET is a national-level exam conducted by CBSE.The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted twice a year to determine the eligibility of candidates for appointment as teachers for Classes 1 to 8.
The CTET exam will be held from December 16, 2021 to January 13, 2022 in online mode.
Eligibility criteria is that the ca ndidates should have passed 10+2 with an aggregate of 45% in order to be qualified for the CTET exam as primary teacher. Candidates should have graduated with a minimum of 45 % aggregate marks or 10+2 with at least 50 % aggregate marks in order to be qualified for the CTET exam for elementary school teacher
Candidates also should have completed the required teacher training programmes.

As per doubt is concerned, let me clarify the eligibility criteria for CTET:
Educational qualification:
To apply for CTET, if you apply for primary stage teacher then you must have passed 12th with 45% marks. If you want to apply for Elementary Teacher, then you should have graduation with 45% marks and 12th pass with 50% marks.
