UPTET 2019 - U.P. Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari has released the provisional answer key of UPTET 2019 on January 14, 2020. Candidates can raise objections on UPTET 2019 answer key from January 14 to 17. Candidates will have to upload documents in support of their objections and pay a requisite fee of Rs. 500 per question. The exam authorities will refund the objection fee to candidates with valid objections. A final UPTET answer key will be released on January 31, after the objections have been taken into consideration. UPTET was conducted on January 8, 2020, in various exam centres spread across 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Around 16 lakh 58 thousand applicants appeared for UPTET 2019. Earlier, the authorities had released the admit card of UPTET 2019 in online mode at updeled.gov.in on December 12. UPTET 2019 result will be declared on February 7, 2020. The Board had released the application form of UPTET 2019 on November 1 in online mode. Candidates could fill UPTET application form 2019 from till November 20, 2019. UPTET 2019 Answer Key

The exam board has released the provisional answer key on January 14, 2020, in online mode. Candidates can raise objections on the tentative answer key from January 14 to 17. The final UPTET 2019 answer key will be released by the exam authorities on January 31. The answer key is published separately for the two papers – Paper 1 and 2. With the help of the answer key, candidates can check the number of correct and incorrect answers marked by them in the test. Based on the number of right and wrong responses, candidates can calculate their probable scores in the test. UPTET answer key 2019 is available for all sets of the question paper.

UPTET Question Papers 2019

Candidates can download the questions papers of UPTET 2019 now that the exam has been conducted. UPTET 2019 Application Form

Candidates can fill the application form of UPTET 2019 in online mode from November 1 to 20. After filling the application form, candidates have to pay the application fee. The fee for general and OBC category candidates is Rs. 600 while SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 400 as an application fee. The steps to fill the application form have been provided below.

UPTET Eligibility Criteria 2019

The eligibility criteria of the examination have been provided below for the convenience of candidates.

Nationality: Candidates should be citizens of India to be eligible for the exam

Age Limit: Candidates between 18 and 35 years of age are eligible to appear for the exam. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories can avail age relaxation. The age relaxation provided to candidates from reserved categories is as follows.

UPTET 2019 Exam Centres

UPTET 2019 exam will be conducted in various districts of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates will be allotted exam centres on the basis of districts selected by candidates during the time of registration. UPTET 2019 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern contains information pertaining to the examination including subjects, units, topics, total number of questions, sectional division of marks, weightage, duration, etc. As per UPTET exam pattern 2019, the exam comprises two papers, Paper 1 and 2. The exam will be conducted offline. Candidates who have applied for primary classes, i.e. Class 1 to 5 should attempt Paper 1 while candidates who have opted for upper primary classes (Class 6 to 8) have to appear for Paper 2. Both papers will contain a total 150 of questions. Each question carries 1 mark. Negative marking is inapplicable for the test and no marks will be deducted for incorrect answers. Questions asked in the exam will be objective type and the candidates will be allotted 2 hours 30 minutes to complete the test. The exam pattern of Paper 1 and 2 are given below.

UPTET Result 2019

The result of UPTET will be announced tentatively in third week of January 2020. To check UPTET result 2019, candidates will have to enter roll number in the login window. UPBEB will declare the result of the exam in December 2019. The result will contain information such as the name of the candidate, roll number, marks scored in the exam, qualifying status, etc. Candidates qualifying the exam stage will be provided an Eligibility Certificate.

UPTET 2019 Cutoff

The cut off is the minimum marks that candidates must secure in UPTET 2019 to qualify the examination. Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) will prescribe the qualifying cut off for the exam along with the notification. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying cut off in the exam will be issued UPTET Eligibility Certificate which makes them eligible to apply as teachers in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The qualifying cut off of the exam has been provided in the table below.

UPTET Selection Process 2019

UPBEB conducts the examination in a single stage. Candidates having applied for primary classes (Class 1 to 5) have to appear in Paper 1 while candidates who have opted for upper primary classes (Class 6 to 8) will need to attempt Paper 2. Candidates securing the qualifying cut off in the exam or more will be issued eligibility certificate on the basis of which they can apply for the position of teacher in various schools of UP.

Candidates qualifying written exam are given UPTET eligibility certificates. The eligibility certificate is valid for 5 years. Candidates having received the eligibility certificate can apply for a teaching post in the schools of Uttar Pradesh. Qualified candidates can collect the eligibility certificates at the District Education Board and candidates have to submit their UPTET admit card and photo-identity proof to avail the same.

Greetings !

Super TET Exam is the 2nd level of Exam after qualifying State level TET/ CTET exam. In this paper there are 2 papers: Paper 1 is meant for teachers opting for class 1 to class 5 and Paper 2 is meant for teachers opting for class 6 to class 8.Aspirants who successfully clear their UPTET or CTET exam can apply for the Super TET exam. The exam is mandatory for teaching jobs in Government as well as Private class 1 to class 8. The exam is conducted in order to fulfill and achieve the goals of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act.
