The Railway Recruitment Board will release the RRB NTPC notification 2024 tentatively in the month of July-September 2024 on the official website. Along with the notification, the board will release the RRB NTPC application form 2024 in online. In the RRB NTPC notification 2024, the railway board will announce all the important dates and also vacancy details for all levels. The RRB NTPC exam is held for the recruitment of both undergraduate and graduate-level posts for 21 regional zones across the nation.

What is the RRB NTPC exam?

The RRB NTPC examination is conducted on the national level by the Railway Recruitment Board to recruit the personnel for graduate and undergraduate posts under Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) in various zonal railways and production units of Indian Railways. RRB will release the RRB NTPC application form along with the notification in online mode on the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the RRB NTPC exam had to submit the application form by the last date. Candidates need to enter the personal details, academic details, contact details along with the scanned photograph and signature to complete the application process of RRB NTPC. RRB NTPC Exam - How to make corrections in application form

RRB provides the option to make corrections in the application form of RRB NTPC exam. The application form correction window of the RRB NTPC examination was available for the candidates who completed the RRB NTPC application procedure successfully. Candidates need to login using the RRB NTPC registration number and password and make corrections as per the requirement. For successful submission of the corrected RRB NTPC application form, candidates need to pay RRB NTPC correction fees of Rs. 100.

RRB NTPC 1st Stage CBT Exam Pattern

The first stage as per the RRB NTPC exam pattern will be conducted in computer-based mode. The maximum marks allotted for this test is 100. Questions are asked from General Awareness, Arithmetic Ability, General Intelligence, and Reasoning.

A total of 100 questions will be asked in the exam. The duration of the exam is 90 minutes. All questions in the test will be objective type. There is negative marking for wrong answers. 1/3 marks will be deducted for wrong answers.

RRB NTPC 2nd Stage CBT Exam Pattern

• The second stage of RRB NTPC will be conducted in computer based mode.
• The test will include 120 multiple choice objective type questions from Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning.
• The test will be held for 90 minutes.

RRB NTPC Skill Test Exam Pattern

The test will be conducted in Computer Based Mode.

The aptitude test will comprise different test batteries.

Candidates will have to qualify in test batteries.

The Railway Recruitment Board will issue the RRB NTPC admit card 2024 on the official regional websites. Candidates need to use their registration number and date of birth to download the admit card for RRB NTPC exam.

The admit card contains all the important details about the candidates and the RRB NTPC exams such as the RRB NTPC exam date, time, centre, shift, and candidate’s name, photograph, and signature among others. Candidates will have to carry photo-identity proof along with the admit card.

Candidates have to bring one color passport-sized photograph. Students appearing in the RRB NTPC exam need to write a self-declaration in front of the invigilator at the RRB NTPC examination hall and affix their photograph and Left Thumb Impression (LTI). RRB NTPC admit card of SC/ST candidates will contain the details of their free travel authority. They can book tickets after submission of a self-attested copy of the admit card and SC/ST certificate.
