Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invited Application Form of UPSC Civil Services Mains 2015 on October 29 from the candidates who qualified the preliminary exam. Candidates have to fill in UPSC Civil Services Mains 2015 Application Form in online mode from October 29 to November 13.

The candidates whose roll numbers appeared in the UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2015 Result list have to fill up the DAF (CSM) online and submit the same online for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2015 to be held from December 18 to December 23, 2015.

The UPSC Civil Services Mains 2015 Application Form will be available on the website of the Commission from October 29 to November 13, 2015 till 11:59 PM. Candidates have to submit the application for Mains in online mode and also take its printout which is to be reached the Commission office by November 20, 2015, UPSC said in a statement.

“All the qualified candidates are also required to take a print out of the finally submitted DAF (CSM) separately after submitting the duly filled DAF (CSM) ONLINE. The successful candidates will have to send the printed copy of the DAF (CSM) duly signed by the candidates along with all relevant documents including the prescribed fees, wherever applicable, as enclosures addressed to the Under Secretary [CS (M)], Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069, so as to reach the Commission's Office latest by 20th November, 2015, 5:00 PM,” UPSC statement said.

Earlier announcing the preliminary exam result, a UPSC release said that a total of 17000 candidates qualified for Main exam out of around 4.5 lakh candidates who appeared in the prelims, and the qualified candidates will have to fill in UPSC Civil Services Mains 2015 Application Form starting from October 29.

“The candidature of these candidates is provisional. In accordance with the Rules of the Examination, all these candidates have to apply a gain in the Detailed Application Form, DAF (CSM), for Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2015, which would be available on the website of the Union Public Service,” the UPSC statement said.

UPSC is conducting the selection process to fill in 1129 vacancies distributed among 25 different posts of Civil Services.
