Govind Kumar, 17 Aug 2016, #SBI PO

State Bank of India (SBI) has postponed the announcement of SBI PO mains result.  According to an official notification by the bank, the result of SBI PO mains exam will be declared on August 20, 2016, instead of August 16 as stated in an earlier notice.

Candidates can check their SBI PO 2016 mains result with their registration or roll number and date of birth. The result will have the candidate’s name, marks obtained in each subject and overall marks secured out of 200. SBI Clerk 2016 result will also show whether the candidate has qualified the recruitment exam or not.

Based on the SBI PO 2016 mains result, the top 10, 000 candidates will be called for group discussion and personal interview. A maximum of three candidates are, generally, called for the interview for each vacancy in the PO cadre.

The examination authority will release the final merit list based on the marks secured by candidates in SBI PO 2016 main exam, group discussion and interview. Based on the candidate’s rank in the merit list he/she will be offered the positions of a Probationary Officer in the Junior Management Grade Scale-I.
