State Bank of India has declared SBI PO 2018 Mains result on August 27. Candidates who appeared in SBI PO Mains exam on August 4 in online mode can check their results available in pdf format. Candidates must note that the mains result of SBI PO 2018 has been declared only for those candidates who have qualified the test. The result pdf includes only the registration number of the qualified candidates.
The scorecard of SBI PO 2018 mains exam will be released two to three days after the declaration of the result. To check the scorecard, candidates have to enter their registration number and password/date of birth in the login window.

Candidates who have cleared the SBI PO 2018 mains exam are eligible to appearing in the group exercise and interview provided they scores equal to or more than the category-wise and overall SBI PO 2018 cut off marks. The shortlisted candidates have to download the interview call letter from September 1 and appear for the Group Exercise and Interview from September 24 to October 13, 2018.
This year, SBI will fill 2118 vacancies for the post of Probationary Officers. As per the SBI PO mains result, as many as 6009 (approximately 3 times the number of vacancies) have been filtered for the GE/Interview.
The final result of SBI PO 2018 will be declared after adding the scores of mains exam (objective + descriptive test) and GE/Interview marks out of 100. However, only those candidates will qualify the exam who will be able to secure equal to or more than the category-wise and overall SBI PO cutoff 2018. The authority will select candidates as per their merit rank/position in the merit list.
SBI PO is a national level exam conducted in three stages – prelims, mains and group exercise and interview. Candidates are required to appear in all three stages to get shortlisted for the post of Probationary Officers. However, to appear in each stage of the exam candidates have to fulfil the eligibility requirements as prescribed by the authority.
