SBI PO 2016 Main exam admit card released on July 20

The State Bank of India (SBI) has released admit card of SBI PO 2016 for the Main exam on July 20 for candidates who have qualified in the Preliminary round of the bank’s recruitment drive for its PO posts. SBI PO Main exam is the second stage of the selection process to fill up 2,428 vacancies, including PwD and backlog vacancies in their PO cadre.

The candidates can download the SBI PO 2016 Main admit card through the online window by entering their roll number or registration number and password or date of birth in the relevant boxes.

 

The candidates, who qualify SBI PO 2016 Preliminary exam, have been called to appear in the Main exam, which is scheduled to be held on July 31.

 

Of the total vacancies, 1,028 are for General candidates, while other vacancies are divided in SC, ST, OBC categories.

 

Over 25 lakh candidates had reportedly registered for the recruitment process, for which the Preliminary exam held on July 2, 3, 9 and 10.

Yes you are eligible for SBI po exam... All the final semester students are eligible for the examinination. Have a look at the Eligiblity criteria for SBI PO,
  • Must hold a bachelor's degree
  • Only Indians should apply
  • Must be atleast 21 years and below 30 years
  • Upper age limit is relaxed as per caste
  • SC/st 5 years, OBC 3 years, PWD 15 yrs, es service men 5 years,
  • Number of attempts for, gen 4, OBC 7, SC/st no limit restriction

The upper age limit for General category is 30 years, there's relaxation of three years for OBC(non-creamy layer) and in case of PWD-OBC, it's 13 years.

If am doing graduation in general subjects not honors in any subjects. After graduation can i fill SBI applications form?

Hi Arti,
yes you can fill SBI form after completing your graduation in any field or even in the final year of your graduation.
Honours degree is not mandatory.

my birth year is 1986. Am I still eligible for sbi po exam. I belongs to OBC category

There is a eligibility criteria to give the SBI po exams.

age also matters in such type of exams the lower age limit is 21 and the upper age limit is 30.

To be precise to write the exam a candidate should have not be born not later than april 1 1999 and not earlier than 1990.

As per the notice, the minimum and maximum age of the applicants should be 21 and30 years respectively as on 1stApril 2020. And you have completed your 21st on 4th January 2020, so you are eligible to write SBI PO 2020. The preliminary exam will held on first week of July 2020 and the Mains will held on First week of August 2020.
