NDA II 2014 - The application form for NDA-II 2014 exam, which is set to be held on September 28, is available online from June 21.
Last date of filling up of the NDA-II application form is July 21, Union Public Service Commission said.
UPSC will conduct NDA/NA (II) 2014 exam for 10+2 pass and appearing candidates who seek to join the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of National Defence Academy (NDA) to fill around 320 NDA vacancies including 208 for Army, 42 for Navy and 70 for Air Force. A total of 55 Naval Academy vacancies will also be filled by this exam.

The candidates are required to pay Rs 100 to fill NDA II 2014 Application Form. The fees can be paid either via Bank Challan or online using net banking facility of State Bank of India or via SBI debit/credit cards.
As per the NDA II 2014 Eligibility Criteria, the candidates applying for admission in the Defence job courses should be the citizen of India, and are appearing or have qualified 10+2 exam. The candidates must be unmarried and male, and should have born between January 2, 1996 and January 1, 1999.
The entrance exam, with duration of 5 hours, will have questions from Mathematics and General Ability, carrying a total of 900 marks. All the questions will be based on 10+2 standard. According to the NDA 2014 Exam Pattern, for every wrong answer, one third of the mark will be deducted.
Under the NDA 2014 Selection Process, the candidates, who qualify the written exam, will be called for SSB round, which will be held in two stages. Stage I comprises of Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and Picture Perception & Description Test (PP&DT). Stage II consists of Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference.
NDA II 2014 Important Dates have been announced by UPSC in its notification. NDA II 2014 Admit Card will be available tentatively in first week of August. NDA II 2014 Result will be declared tentatively in third week of November.
The 134th NDA course and the 96th NA course will begin on July 2, 2015.
