HPSC Recruitment 2018 – The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has released notification for HSC (Ex.Br.) and Allied Services examination. As many as 166 vacancies have been announced. The application form of HPSC is available from August 2 to September 4, 2018. The selection process comprises – Preliminary, Mains exam, and Personality Test. The Preliminary examination will be conducted in October 2018. The Mains exam is scheduled to be held in December while Personality Test in March 2019.

HPSC Eligibility Criteria
Age - Candidates should be between 21 to 42 years as on August 1, 2018. Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided to candidates belonging to unreserved categories.
Educational Qualification - Graduation in Arts/Science/Commerce or equivalent degree.

In the application form, applicants need to fill post details, personal details, address, category detail of the post and other details and upload photograph and signature.
After applying, registration number and password will be generated.
Login with credentials, to pay the fee either through debit/credit card or any other online payment gateway.

HPSC Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for the recruitment exam based on their performance in Preliminary, Mains and Personality Test. The marks obtained in preliminary exam will not be counted for merit. Candidates 12 times the number of vacancies will be selected for mains exam. While, candidates three times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for Personality Test. The preliminary exam carries 200 marks while mains exam is held for 600 marks. The Personality Test will carry 75 marks.
