How to crack UGC NET Exam in 3months?

Sourandhi Saha Student Expert 30th Mar, 2020
Note down the complete Syllabus of your concerned subject. Rote learning or just an overview of the topic won't help you much. Clear your concepts and doubt. Purchase some good books specified by UGC that may help you to clear your basic concepts and logics as well as cover whole syllabus. You can make your own notes, write short notes. These will help you in your revision day. Developing Time Management Skills is quite beneficial. Solve previous year exam papers and sample papers by your own. Give mock tests as much as possible. Start your revision early so that you can perform very well in exam.

can I apply ugc net exam June2020 under ews category if ews certificate valid 31March2020 as per financial year?

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 29th Mar, 2020

Jyoti, your question isnt quite clear. Does your EWS Certificate validity starts from March 2020? In such case, yes you can use the same certificate and can claim EWS reservation for UGC NET June Session. But if your EWS Certificate expires bt March 2020, to be able to claim EWS reservation, you should get it renewed. You cannot use this certificate for June session as it has already expired.

can a nutrition master student go for social medicine and community health for ugc net

Akram Khan 29th Mar, 2020

Hi,

According to ugc net information brochure

"Candidates are advised to appear in the subject of their Post Graduation only. The candidates, whose Post Graduation subject is not covered in the list of NET subjects attached as Annexure-IV, may appear in a related subject."

So if you found masters in nutritional science related with social medicine and community health you can apply for it in Ugc net exam.

Usually the students having masters in nutritional sciences apply for home science in ugc net.

Hops this helps.
