The Airport Authority of India (AAI) has invited applications to fill a total of 220 vacancies for Engineer and other posts in various fields. The candidates can apply online for the announced posts in the prescribed format through the official website on or before May 17, 2016.
The online application process for the same is set to start from April 18. Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay Rs 1000, while applicants from the SC / ST / PWD / women categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
According to the selection procedure,the candidates will be selected through a written test and a personal interview. Candidates applying for the posts must ensure that they have a valid email id, which must be active till the end of the recruitment process.
Junior Executive (Information Technology): Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT or must be a Master in Computer Application (MCA).
Junior Executive (Airport Operation): Applicants must possess a graduate degree in Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognised university or institute.
Other posts: Applicants for all other posts must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in the concerned discipline.
The candidates belonging to General category must not be aged more than 27 years, while applicants from the SC / ST categories must not be over 32 year old. Age relaxation is applicable according to government norms.
