NEW DELHI: Indian Air Force will release AFCAT 01/2020 results in online mode at the official website soon. Candidates can check their AFCAT result with their login credentials - Email ID and password. After the declaration of AFCAT result 2020, qualified candidates will be called for SSB interview at various selection boards followed by a medical test. Click on the “ Candidate’s Login” and select the “AFCAT 01/2020 cycle”.
A new login window will open.
Enter your Email ID and password along with captcha in the required field.
Now Click on “AFCAT result” to view your score.
Candidates who qualify the AFCAT written exam will be called for the SSB interview later at various selection boards. To appear in SSB interview IAF will issue a separate admit card of AFCAT for all candidates. SSB interview comprises a five-day process with various tests including psychology tests, written tests, group discussions, lecturette, etc. Recommended candidates will have to appear for a medical test later. Casndidates can check expected AFCAT cut off 2020 for minimum qualifying marks.
This year AFCAT exam was conducted on February 23 & 24, 2020 in online mode at various centres. Recommended after completion of training will get Rs. Rs 56,100 Per Month as AFCAT salary. This year IAF has released a total of 249 vacancies for the recruitment.

There are three ways by which you can render your to Indian Air Force if you are a female.One is by joining the Flying branch. Female candidates of age 19 to 23 years can opt for flying branch.The eligibility for this is that you should be have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university with aggregate of 60% marks and had maths and physics as subjects in your class 12.Other is the technical branch for which the age limit is 18-28 years and you should have a degree in Aeronautical engineering from any recognized university with 60% aggregate.The third one is Government duty Branches in which you will be posted in any of the fields of Logistics, Accounts, Education, Administration and Medical & Dental Branch.Qualification for this will differ based on the post you are applying for.
AFCAT exam is conducted to recruit the candidates at the Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC)/Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches.

if you clear the airforce group x or group y exam then there is a 50% chance to get the job because clearing the written exam will not provide you the job it only allows a candidate to go for next level which is the physical fitness test and medical .for getting a job in airforce you must have a good physical strength for clearing physical fitness test ,and most of the candidate does this mistake that they prepare for written test but not for physicalfitness test and they disqualified.
so if you want to get the airforce job then you must prepare yourself for both written exam and physical fitness test.
