AIC of INDIA AO Recruitment 2019 Exam Pattern
According to AIC of India AO recruitment exam pattern, the online test is divided into parts – Objective and Descriptive Test. The objective test and descriptive test will carry 200 and 30 marks, respectively. The objective test for generalist position will consists of questions from Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of General Awareness and Test of Quantitative aptitude. While the test for other disciplines will carry questions from Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of Quantitative aptitude and Professional Test to assess technical and professional knowledge in the relevant discipline. The duration of the objective test is 120 minutes while it is 30 minutes for descriptive test. The questions of both objective and descriptive test will be in English or Hindi. In Descriptive Test, candidates will be given to write Essay, Letter and Precise. The descriptive paper of only those candidates will be evaluated who scores the cutoff scores in the objective papers. There is negative marking for wrong answer, 1/4 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

The admit card of AIC of India AO Recruitment will be released for online test and Interview. AIC of India AO recruitment admit card will be available online. Candidates are required to enter registration number/roll number and password/date of birth to download AIC of India AO recruitment admit card. AIC of INDIA AO Recruitment 2019 Result
AIC of India AO recruitment result will be declared in two stages – online test and final. First, AIC of India AO recruitment result will be announced followed by the declaration of final result. On the basis of AIC of India AO recruitment result of online test, candidates will be selected for Interview. The scores of online examination will be calculated based on the number of questions answered correctly by the candidates in the objective test after applying penality for wrong answers. The scores thus obtained will be equated through the normalisation process to adjust the difficulty level of question papers sets. AIC of India AO recruitment result of online test will be announced based on the normalised scores. The final result of will be declared based on candidates marks in the online test and interview. The cutoff of AIC of India AO is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates will have to secure to qualify the exam and become eligible for the next round of selection process. AIC of India AO recruitment cutoff will be applied in two stages – sectional and overall. AIC of India AO recruitment cutoff will be declared for online test and final selection. Based on the sectional and overall AIC of India AO recruitment cutoff of online test, candidates will be selected for Interview. The final selection cutoff will be determined based on online test and interview. The cutoff will be calculated based on the normalised marks of candidates. The final selection will be made on the basis of overall performance in online Examination and interview. The Descriptive papers of candidates 15 times the number of vacancies will be evaluated. The descriptive test is qualifying in nature. The marks obtained by candidates in the descriptive test will not be counted to shortlist candidates for interview or final selection.Based on candidates performance in online test, they will be selected for interview. Candidates three times the number of vacancies will be selected for interview.
