Candidates who qualified in UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2015 are eligible for Mains Exam and they are required to apply for the same by filling in the application form through the official link provided below. UPSC Civil Services Mains Exam 2015 will be held on December 18-23, 2015 for the qualifying candidates of the preliminary round.
As per the notification of UPSC, candidates need to apply for UPSC Civil Services Mains 2015 between October 29 and November 13, 2015. Candidate seeking admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination must apply to ‘Under Secretary (CSM), Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069’ in the prescribed application form after duly filling in information Online and thereafter, further submit the printed copy of the Online application to the Commission. No deviation in online application and printed copy to be submitted will be allowed under any circumstances.
The hard copy of Detailed Application Form (DAF) to be submitted must be on single sided page. The printout of the complete application form must reach the Under Secretary (CSM), Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi - 110069 on or before the specified last date of application.
UPSC Civil Services Mains 2015 Application Fee:
Candidates applying for UPSC Civil Services 2015 Mains Exam will need to remit application fees of Rs 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) through Central Recruitment Fee (CRF) stamps, which are available in the post offices and can be obtained from the same. The CRF stamps need to be affixed on the application form (DAF) at the provided space and should be cancelled from the issuing post office.
However, the female candidates and the candidates belonging to reserved categories (Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes) are exempted from payment of fees. Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates are also exempted from fee payment provided those are eligible for appointment to the services/posts to be filled.
