UPSC Civil Services Exam Dates 2019 - Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the result of UPSC Civil services 2019 for the prelims phase on July 12, 2019. The result has been announced for the exam which was held on JUne 2, 2019. As per the exam dates of UPSC Civil Services exam, all those candidates candidates who have qualified in the prelims phase will now have to fill the detailed application form for the mains exam from August 1 to 16, 2019. As per UPSC Civile Services exam dates 2019, the mains exam is scheduled to be held from September 20 to 24, 2019. UPSC conducts the UPSC Civil Services exam each year to recruit candidates for the various posts available under Civil Services. The application form of UPSC Civil Services has been released along with the notification. As per UPSC Civil Services exam dates 2019, prelims will be conducted offline on June 2. UPSC Civil Services exam is conducted in two stages – Prelims, Mains and Personality Test. UPSC CS Mains will be held for five days starting from September 20. UPSC has released the application form of UPSC Civil Services 2019 along with the notification on February 19. Candidates can fill the application form till March 19. The application form is available online on the official website. Candidates can fill UPSC Civil Services application form 2019 in two stages.
Candidates who have successfully submitted the application form have been issued admit card for the prelims exam. UPSC Civil Services 2019 admit card has been issued in the online mode. UPSC Civil Services admit card 2019 for prelims has been released on May 1, 2019. Candidates qualifying the prelims stage of the exam will be issued UPSC Civil Services admit card for the Mains exam. As per candidates’ performance in Mains exam, call letter for Personality Test will be released for candidates who have qualified the Mains exam. Candidates will be able to download the admit card using registration ID, name or roll number.
UPSC Civil Services selection process 2019 comprises three stages – Prelims, Mains and Personality Test. UPSC Civil Services Prelims exam will be conducted on June 2 as mentioned in the annual calendar. As per marks secured in UPSC Civil Services 2019 prelims, candidates will be shortlisted to appear for Mains exam. As per UPSC Civil Services exam dates 2019, Mains exam will be held from September 20. After the conduct of Mains exam, candidates will be shortlisted for Personality test based on marks secured in Mains. UPSC is yet to announce the dates for Personality test.
UPSC declares the result of UPSC Civil Services 2019 in three stages – Prelims, Mains and the final result. As per UPSC Civil Services exam dates, the result of UPSC Civil Services Prelims has been announced on July 12, 2019 while the result of Mains exam is likely to be announced in November 2019. To be selected to appear for Mains exam, candidates must secure the qualifying marks in Prelims examination. As per marks obtained in the Mains exam, candidates will be called to appear for the Personality Test. there is no colleges which provide ias exam courses along with bsc curriculum. see ias exam is a competitive exam and if you want to join as an ias officer you need to self study a lot beside your graduation, and take special coaching for ups exmas. however there is several exams like upsc prelims and mains need to qualify along with personal interview rounds. hope you may understand.
UPSC examination is the one you should answer if you aspire to join the Indian Administrative services. For eligibility, you should hold a valid Graduate's degree from a recognized university and be at least 21 years old as of August 1 of the year of the examination.
It is held in two parts: The preliminary examination, which tests your knowledge of current and world affairs, climate change, India's and the world's geography, ecology, comprehension skills, logical skills, problem solving abilities etc. 33% is needed to pass this stage which consists of two papers.
Next comes the written test and the personality Interview. For the written test, you need to have an excellent knowledge of world and current affairs, Technical developments, geography, social scenarios, ethics, culture, environment and two papers based on any one regional language which you can choose. If selected, you will be called for the Personality Interview which will gauge the mental qualities of the candidate.
The UPSC exam is held for securing jobs in the Indian Administrative Services and the eligibility criteria are are follows:
Must be a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal , Bhutan or a refugee from Tibet.
Must hold a PASS Bachelor's degree from a deemed University.
Must be older than 21 years of age but younger than 32 as of on the 1st of August of the year of the exam.

There's no such thing as best degree for IAS.You need to be a graduate to be eligible to appear for UPSC IAS exam.So, it depends on your present interest, you can pursue B.tech after passing your 12th, you can also pursue any other 3 year degree.The syllabus for IAS is not entirely same as any other degree syllabus.So it doesn't matter which course you choose.
But make sure that you pursue what interests you.
