TNTET Cut off 2019 - Teachers Recruitment Board determines the cut off of TNTET for all the candidates who will be appearing in the exam. TNTET cut off 2019 is the minimum marks which candidates have to obtain in order to qualify in the exam. Only those candidates will be considered eligible to apply as teachers across the schools of Tamil Nadu who manages to secure the minimum cut off of TNTET 2019. After the declaration of result, the exam conducting authority will release the TNTET cut off 2019.The exam conducting authority releases two types of TNTET cutoff - qualifying cut off and category -wise cut off. The qualifying TNTET cut off 2019 has been released along with the notification.

What is TNTET Cutoff?

To shortlist candidates, the exam conducting authority decides the minimum marks that must be secured by the candidates. They need to qualify the category-wise cut off of TNTET to be eligible as teachers for class they have applied for.

TNTET Result 2019

The result of TNTET 2019 will be released in online mode. Candidates have to login using their registration number and password as login credentials. The result will reflect the details such as candidate’s name, roll number, subject-wise marks and qualifying status. Candidates who will qualify TNTET 2019 will eligible to get TET eligibility certificate which will be valid for seven years.

tntet 2020 paper 1 eligibility criteria

Hello Sheik,

candidates can apply for TNTET  paper 1 or paper2 or both as per the eligibility.

for TNTET paper1:

  • All the aspiring candidates must have completed and passed 10+2/HSC and also must have a Diploma in Education/Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognized institute

  • Or, candidates who are in final year and appearing for D.E.Ed. can also apply for TNTET 2019. However, during documents verification candidates will have to provide the D.E.Ed certificate or else they will not be eligible to receive the TET eligibility certificate

Hello team, Would like to understand the tet process.. Im seeing so many people who had completed there btech /be and try to know that whether they can eligible to apply for exam.. As per my understanding, they can apply only if they completed b. ed along with be/btech.. Maelum this correct??

Hello,

Yes, it's imperative to do teacher's training program whether it's BEd or DEd for a candidate to be in teaching profession whether it's through CTET or State Level TETs. It doesn't matter whether your degree in discipline of science, commerce, technical, management etc.

Along with being a graduate from a recognized University, BEd or DEd is important.

see the eligibility criteria differs to paper wise ,

for paper 1, candidate need to have bed in nursery tearchers training or diploma in elementary education,

for paper 2, candidate need to have a graduation degree in ba/bsc/b.lit degree with the subjects of tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, History and Geography with 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university.

The Tamil Nadu Teachers' Entrance Test will  be held in May 2020. You are eligible for both Paper-1 and paper-2 of this examination. however,, you need to complete a B.Ed, 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or a Diploma in Special Education.
