At the time of document verification , you may explain to them what actually happened. The reason for name difference in Aadhar and Matriculation. If you are able to provide right reason and convince them , I think this issue will not be a problem . Pls justify yourself with reasonable clarifications, and you may say that if needed you can provide them gazetted officer authorization letter proving both the names are of same person some . Definitely they will accept it and allow you for next levels. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask .
