SSC CHSL 2015 Result - SSC has released the list of the candidates qualified for document verification for the post of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant/LDC. The result of SSC CHSL 2015 (Paper-I) was declared on July 29, 2016  by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for the candidates who had appeared in the written exam on November 1 & 15, 2015 and December 6 & 20, 2015 for recruitment to the post of Postal Assistants (PA), Sorting Assistants (SA), Data Entry Operators (DEO) and Lower Divisional Clerks (LDC) in various government ministries/ departments. SSC CHSL result 2015 will be available online mode only and there is no other way to check SSC CHSL Result. The Roll Numbers, Names and Rank of all the shortlisted candidates will be notified in SSC CHSL Result 2015 pdf. Candidates, who qualify in the Objective Type Exam by securing minimum required marks, are called by the Commission for Skill Test or Typing Test, which is a qualifying phase.

What after the SSC CHSL 2015 Result - After the SSC CHSL result 2015, aspirants will be called for the typing test (for LDC SA and PA). Exam authority conducts the typing test in two languages i.e. English and Hindi, as opted by the aspirants.

  • The minimum typing speed required for Hindi typing is 30 words / minute.

  • The minimum typing speed required for English typing is 35 words / minute.

  • Skill test will be conducted (for the DEO aspirants), where data entry speed of 8000 keys depressions/hour are required on computer.

SSC CHSL 2015 Exam is conducted by the SSC for higher secondary passed candidates. SSC CHSL 2015, a multiple-choice paper contains a total of 200 questions, with 1 mark each. The question paper has 4 parts - General Intelligence, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness. Each part consists of 50 questions. For each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted as negative marking.


Various clerical vacancies at Central government offices across India are filled in by the Commission through this process. Qualifying candidates in the objective-type test by securing minimum marks will be called by SSC for Skill Test or Typing Test. After which the Commission will recommend the qualifying candidates for appointment to the Govt jobs.

  • Tier II ( Descriptive Exam)
  • Tier III (Skill/Typing Test)

To score well in the SSC CHSL exam, it is important that you be fully aware of the SSC CHSL Syllabus and the SSC Exam Pattern. I'll recommend you to list down all the topics asked in exam and start preparing for the exam. Give as much mocks you can to increase your speed. Read newspaper daily.

You cannot make any corrections now or later.You cannot change your category once you have submitted the application and received the admit card.If you have mentioned your category as general you may continue with this if you wish to.Otherwise you have to appear next time .Please be careful while filling the application form.
