SSC CGL Exam Pattern 2020 - SSC prescribes SSC CGL 2020 exam pattern for all tiers in official notification. As per official notification the exam pattern of SSC CGL 2020 is provided for four tiers - tier 1 & 2 is Computer-based examination (CBE), while tier 3 is a descriptive test whereas tier -4 is computer proficiency test/skill test/document verification (DV) process. According to SSC CGL exam pattern 2020, there are four sections - general intelligence and reasoning, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and English language. There will be 100 objective multiple choice questions (MCQ) of 200 marks in SSC CGL tier 1 exam. Candidates who qualify the tier 1 exam will be shortlisted to appear for the tier 2 exam. SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Pattern 2020
Applicants should note that tier 1 exam of SSC CGL 2020 is a computer-based test which consists of four sections - General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language subject. According to SSC CGL 2020 exam pattern, there will be a total of 100 questions in tier 1 exam. The total marks allotted to CGL tier 1 exam is 200 marks and this exam will be conducted for a duration of 1 hour. There will also be a negative marking scheme as per exam pattern of SSC CGL 2020. SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Pattern 2020
Applicants who qualify the tier 1 exam of CGL exam will be invited to appear for tier 2 exam. The tier 2 of SSC CGL 2020 exam comprises four papers – Paper 1, 2, 3, 4. Paper 1 is quantitative abilities (QA) while Paper 2 is the English Language. The paper 3 comprises questions from the subject of statistics whereas paper 4 contains questions related to General Studies. According to the CGL tier-II exam pattern, Paper 1 and 2 is common for all the posts, while other papers will be subject specific..The questions of Paper 1 will be based on class 10 standards whereas Paper 2 will be designed on the basis of 10+2 level.

Here, it is to be noted that candidates who have applied for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) and Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer will have to appear for CGL Paper 3 and 4 respectively as per exam pattern. Here questions will be based on Graduation level subjects. Candidates should note that as per SSC CGL exam pattern 2020, negative marking scheme is applicable also in specialist paper.
SSC CGL 2020 Tier 3 Exam Pattern
SSC CGL tier III is a descriptive test which will be conducted in pen and paper mode. Shortlisted candidates on the basis of their performance in Tier 1 and 2 will be called for tier 3 stage of exam. The CGL descriptive test will be held in both English or Hindi language. As per SSC pattern 2020, Tier III will be of 100 marks and it will be conducted for1 hour. SSC CGL Tier 4 Exam Pattern 2020
Applicants should note that tier 4 exam of SSC CGL 2020 is a skill test conducted for the candidates who will be shortlisted in Tier 1, 2 and 3. The SSC CGL tier 4 exam consists of Data Entry Skill Test (DEST) and Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). DEST is done for candidates who have applied for the post of Tax Assistants (Central Excise & Income Tax) while CPT is conducted for Assistant Section Officer of CSS, Assistant Section Officer (MEA), Assistant in Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) under Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Assistant in the Ministry of Mines will have to appear for tier IV (Date Entry Skill Test). Aspirants should note that according to SSC CGL exam pattern 2020, tier 4 will be of qualifying nature.

well the basic eligibility is that the candidate has to be graduated from a recognised university and to study graduation the student has to pass 12 .if you have failed chemistry then you will again have to take 12 th examination .
