NDA II 2014 Exam Pattern – Union Public Service Commission has already announced NDA II 2014 Exam Pattern. In the objective-type NDA II 2014 exam with duration of 5 hours, there will be two papers – Mathematics and General Ability Test – carrying maximum 900 marks.
According to NDA II 2014 Exam Pattern, Paper I – Mathematics with maximum duration of two and half hours will carry maximum 300 marks and Paper II – General Ability Test with maximum duration of two and half hours will carry maximum 600 marks.

All the questions will be based on 10+2 standard. As per the NDA II 2014 Exam Pattern, for every wrong answer marked in the answer-sheet, one third of the mark will be deducted.
Following is described the NDA II 2014 Syllabus:
Paper I – Mathematics (Max 300 marks)
Matrices and Determinants
Analytical Geometry of Two and Three Dimensions
Integral Calculus and Differential Equations
Statistics and Probability
Paper II – General Ability Test (Max 600 marks)
English (Max 200 marks)
General Knowledge (Max 400 marks)
C. General Science
D. History, Freedom Movement, etc.
F. Current Events
As per the NDA II Test Pattern, the question papers will be available in both English and Hindi languages.
UPSC conducts the common entrance exam for 10+2 pass and appearing candidates who seek to join the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of National Defence Academy (NDA). The exam is held twice a year.
NDA II 2014 will be conducted on September 28 to fill around 320 NDA vacancies including 208 for Army, 42 for Navy and 70 for Air Force. A total of 55 Naval Academy vacancies will also be filled up by NDA/NA (II) 2014 exam. The 134th NDA course and the 96th NA course will begin on July 2, 2015.

There are no minimum marks specified as such. Qualification required is 12th Class of 10+2 System of Education/ Equivalent for Army ( Any stream) and for Air force and Navy candidate needs to have Physics and Maths at 12th. You can also appear for exam while pursuing class 12th.

Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism. There may be other criteria for eye tests, but you can check this one!
