IPPB Recruitment 2019 - India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) conducts IPPB recruitment for the post of Officer Scale I, II, III, IV. Candidates who are interested to apply for IPPB Recruitment 2019 have to fill the application form in online mode for one post only. Before applying, the candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the stipulated eligibility criteria. Selection of IPPB recruitment 2019 will be made on the basis of an interview. However, Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment, Group Discussion or Online Test in addition to interviewing. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test. The online examination will be conducted in a computer test mode carrying 200 questions for 200 marks. The IPPB recruitment 2019 results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates selected will be made available by the authority. However, IPPB reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the Assessment/ Interview/ Group Discussion or Online Test after preliminary screening/ shortlisting with reference to candidates’ qualification, experience, profile vis-a-vis job requirements, etc.

IPPB Recruitment 2019 - Eligibility Criteria
For Scale I Officers - Age Limit
Aspirants must have the minimum age of 20 years and maximum age of 30 years
Relaxation of age is given for the applicants who belong to reserved categories:
Age Relaxation -
SC and ST candidates -5 years
OBC candidates - 3 years
PWD - 10 years
The candidates need to have the degree of graduation from some reputed board or institution or university acclaimed by the Government of India or government regulatory body
For Scale-II & Scale III Officers
The age of the applicants should fall from 26 years to 35 years for the post of Senior Manager
In the case of Manager Post, the age of the applicants need to be from 23 years to 35 years
Applicants need to have the degree of graduation from the Institution or University or Board that is acclaimed by the Government of India or recognized by a Government Regulatory Body.
Candidates can be Chartered Accountant from ICAI or have done MBA in Finance from the institute or university or Board approved by the Government of India or International University recognized by the Government Regulatory Body for some posts
The minimum age of the candidates needs to be 29 years and the maximum age needs to be 50 years.
The relaxation of age will be given to the candidates as per their categories.
The applicants need to have the degree of Graduation from the Institute or University or Board that is acclaimed by the Government of India or recognized by the Government Regulatory Body for different posts.

The age of the applicants needs to be from 26 years to 50 years.
Applicants need to have the degree of B.Tech or other equivalent courses from the Board or University or Institution acclaimed by the Government of India or International University recognized by the Government Regulatory Body depending upon the posts
The candidates need to have completed the Graduation from the Board or University or Institution acclaimed by the Government of India or International University recognized by the Government Regulatory Body and this is for Chief Manager Post (that includes Product & Digital Innovation)
The applicants must possess the graduation degree in the field of Statistics from the Board or University or Institution acclaimed by the Government of India or International University recognized by the Government Regulatory Body for Chief Manager Post (that includes Fraud Monitoring)
Candidates are first required to go to the IPPB authorized website www.ippbonline.com and click the option ‘click here to apply for direct recruitment in scale ii, iii, iv & v’ to open the online application form.
To register their application candidates will be entering their basic information in the online application form.
After that, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
Candidate should note down the provisional registration number and password. An email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration Number and Password will also be sent.
Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications
Candidates are advised to carefully fill the online application themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible / entertained.
Prior to submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the “save and next” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same, if required. No change is permitted after clicking on final submit button.
Visually impaired candidates are responsible for carefully verifying the details filled in the online application form and ensuring that the same are correct prior to submission, as no change is possible after submission.
Candidates have to make the payment of requisite fees/intimation charges through online mode only.
Candidates should carefully fill the details in the online application at the appropriate places very carefully and click on the “final submit” button at the end of the online application format. Before pressing the “final submit” button, candidates are advised to verify every field filled in the application.
Note: The name of the candidate and father’s name/husband etc. should be spelled correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
Payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/
Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets
by providing information as asked on the screen.
After Final Submission, an additional page of the application form is displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill the requisite details.
On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.

The examination would be conducted on-line i.e. on a computer.
The tests except for the test of English Language will be provided in English and Hindi.
All the questions will have multiple choices. Out of the five answers to a question only one will be the correct answer. The candidate has to select the most appropriate answer and ‘mouse click’ that alternative which he/ she feels is appropriate/ correct.
The alternative/ option that is clicked on will be treated as the answer to that question. Answer to any question will be considered for final evaluation, only when candidates have submitted the answers by clicking on ‘Save & Next’ or ‘Mark for Review & Next’.
The clock has been set at the server and the countdown timer at the top right corner of your screen will display the time remaining for you to complete the test(s). When the clock runs out the exam ends by default - you are not required to end or submit your exam.
The time for the test is 160 minutes. All tests except the test of English Language will be provided in English and Hindi. Each test is separately timed. You can attempt any question at any point of time only within the time as provided for the respective part. All the questions will have multiple choices. Out of the five answers to a question, only one will be the correct answer. You have to select the most appropriate answer and ‘mouse click’ that alternative which you feel is appropriate/ correct. There will be the penalty for wrong answers marked by you. For every wrong answer marked by you, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted for wrong answers.
