ICICI Bank PO recruitment 2018 - Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India (ICICI) Bank conducts the examination of ICICI Bank PO recruitment 2018 twice a year, in February and August. ICICI bank has announced the result for batch 45 on January 12, 2019, in the form of pdf whereas the result for batch 44 was released by the examination authority on October 6. For both the batches, the classes will commence from November and February respectively. The application form of ICICI Bank PO is available online for batch 46 and 47 from August 2018 to January 2019.
All the selected candidates will have to undergo one year of post-graduate diploma in banking (PGDB) conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy (IMA), Bangalore. After the completion of ICICI Bank PO training programme, candidates will be appointed as Deputy Manager Band – I. Candidates who have completed their graduation with 55% aggregate marks in any discipline and are below 25 years of age, are eligible to apply for ICICI bank PO.

ICICI PO exam pattern 2018 will help candidates to get an idea regarding the number of subjects, time duration, total marks and marking scheme. The online psychometric questionnaire/test is taken to judge candidates’ qualities such as leadership, teamwork, handling events, and also to check how candidates react to certain situations. Case-based Group Discussion (GD)
Candidates qualifying the online aptitude test will be informed through the mail to appear for group discussion. The group discussion will be based on a case study. The GD will test candidates’ skills while working in a group and analytical skills.
Shortlisted candidates from GD round will have to appear for personal interview on the same day.

ICICI Bank PO Recruitment 2018: Probationary Officers Training Programme (Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking)
All the selected candidates will have to undergo one-year full-time residential programme conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy (IMA), Bengaluru including internship and on-the-job training at ICICI Bank. Candidates will be paid monthly stipend during campus term and internships. On successful completion of the training programme, candidates will be awarded the Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal University as well as they will be appointed as Deputy Managers in ICICI Bank. The structure of the programme is as follows:
Term 1 (4 months) – Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
Term 2 (2 months) - Internship at ICICI Bank
Term 3 (2 months) – Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
Term 4 (4 months) – On-the-job training at ICICI Bank
Selected candidates have to undergo six months of intensive residential classroom training at ICICI Manipal Academy (IMA), two months of training and four months of on-the-job training with the bank. To pursue the Probationary Officer Training Programme, interested students have to pay the amount at IMA, Bangalore. The amount is given below.

The ICICI Bank PO candidates are paid a monthly stipend during campus term and internship. After completion of the programme, students are appointed as Deputy Manager Band Grade I.
