KITNA TIME LAG SAKTA HA NAME CORRECTION HONA MA BECAUSE MERA PASS ONLY ONE MONTH KA TIME HA ONE MONTH MA DUPLICATE COPY MIL SAKTI HA I GOT SELECTED IN IBPS RRB OFFICER RRB STAFF NA AFFIDAVIT LENA SA MANA KIYA HA PLEASE SIR ONE MONTH MA HO SAKTA HA

Priyaanka Sarkar Student Expert 3rd Apr, 2020

Monika, you haven't mentioned in which form would you like to have a name correction. If it is Aadhar card, you may have to  visit the Aadhar Enrolment centre. But due to the current lockdown process, everything is put on hold and only emergency services will be continued until April 15th. So you may have to wait. Even RRB process might be postponed. So unfortunately, it might take more than a month.

I got 83.17 %tile in CMAT 2020 with score 211. Which colleges can i target ? Please suggest some good colleges from which i can expect a call on this score

Sampriti Student Expert 6th Feb, 2020
With your CMAT percentile you can apply for the following colleges
  • ITM Navi Mumbai (fees = 10.5 lakhs)
  • IMT Nagpur (14 lakhs)and Hyderabad (12 lakhs) campuses
  • BIMM Pune (7.85 lakhs)
  • BIMTECH Noida (only for PGDM RM and PGDM IBM). BIMTECH Noida considers CAT/XAT/GMAT percentile for its main PGDM program and for PGDM IB
  • NDIM New Delhi (9.3 lakhs)
  • Praxis Kolkata (7.57 lakhs)
  • XISS Ranchi (10 lakhs)
  • XIME Bangalore (10 lakhs)
  • Alliance University Bangalore (13 lakhs)

You can definitely expect a call from these institutions if you apply for them. Moreover they are decent colleges in terms of both academics and placements and you can easily bag a good job in a reputed organization with an average compensation package of around 6-7 lakhs.

If you belong to the state of Maharashtra then you can also expect a call from SIES Mumbai and NL Dalmia but if you're from outside Maharashtra then it would be a little difficult as then the cutoffs would be 99.94 and 99.83 percentile respectively with 5 seats each for outside Maharashtra students through CMAT.

Good Luck

Can i apply for one or more posts like Officer scale 1 Assistant manager ???

Shruti Jha Student Expert 26th Jun, 2019

Hi Naina,

ipbs has released the notifications for filling the vacancies in rrb for posts if both groupA officer's posts (scale 1,2 and 3) as well as groupB office assistant posts.

The dates for registration are from 18th June 2019 onwards.

One can apply for both these posts of officer as well as office assistant because dates of exams are different for both so one can easily appear in the exams for both the groups.

But, in case of groupA officer's posts one can only choose any one grade scale from 1,2or3, and not for all the scales at a single time.

So ultimately, yes you can apply both  for the posts of group A officer's posts as well as for posts of group B assistant officer.

But you have to register separately by paying separate fees for both the post's exams.

Good luck.

The overall cut off for ibps clerk for hearing handicap category ( Maharashtra state ) is not available on ibps site. Can you please help me

Arunima Singh 14th Jan, 2019

Hi Pratik,

There are 3 factors that majorly determine your ranking in the exam - the total number of applicants for the exam, the total number of vacancies available for the exam and the difficulty level of the exam. Since the results for this year’s exam will be out by January end, for your reference, the expected overall cutoff for hearing handicap category, based kn pervious years’ cutoff is 37. The actual cutoff maybe around this figure.

The expected range of the cutoff for Final Selection for your category is 25.5(minimum scores) to 40.4 (maximum scores).

I hope this is useful, please feel free to contact me for any further queries.
