IBPS PO 2020 - Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is expected to release the application form of IBPS PO 2020 on August 1, 2020, in online mode along with the notification PDF. Graduates between 20 to 30 years of age can fill the application form of IBPS PO 2020 within the allotted time frame. IBPS PO 2020 exam will be held for the recruitment of Probationary Officers for as many as 4500 vacancies at 16 participatory organizations. IBPS PO exam is held in three stages - prelims, mains, and interviews. IBPS PO 2020 exam for prelims will be held in online mode at various centers in 195 cities while mains exam will be held across 72 cities across the country. Candidates qualifying in the mains exam will have to further appear for the Interview round. The interview will be conducted for 15 to 20 minutes and will carry weightage of 100 marks. The questions from the topics related to the banking sector, general awareness, current affairs, etc.

IBPS PO Admit Card 2020

All those candidates who fill the application form successfully are issued the admit card of IBPS PO. Candidates will be able to download IBPS PO admit card by using registration/roll number and date of birth/password. The admit card of IBPS PO will contain details like the name of the candidates, roll number, registration number, date and time of the test, exam centre details, etc. Candidates must bring the admit card to the exam centre on the day of the test along with one of the prescribed valid photo ID proofs - Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport. It must be remembered that no candidates will be allowed to appear for the test without the admit card and ID proof.

IBPS PO 2020 Selection Process

As per the notification, the selection process of IBPS PO consists of three phases - prelims, Mains and Interview. Candidates have to qualify in each stage of IBPS PO selection procedure to become a Probationary Officers. Rama, for being eligible for SBI PO, you need to be between 21 to 30 years . There is an age relaxation for Reserved Categories. If you are 20 years, you should turn 21 at least by April 1st, 2020. If you do not turn 21 by 1st April 2020, you might not be eligible for SBI PO.

But for IBPS PO, the minimum age limit is 20 years and so you qualify for appearing for IBPS exam. Regarding you studying our Final year graduation, Graduates with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline are eligible for both SBI PO and IBPS PO. And those who are appearing for their final year exams are also eligible. But their recruitment is subjective to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria required.

In short, you have to wait for SBI PO until next year but can appear for IBPS PO this year.

Sorry but u are not eligible to take the ibps po exam of 2020 since all candidates must have a graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University the marksheet should be dated earlier than august 28 ,2020 for qualification .

  • To be eligible to appear in SBI PO a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized board or University or Central Government.

The maximum age to appear in  IBPS PO exam is 30 years. There is relaxation of three years for non creamy layer of OBC caste. As your age is 31 years now, you can give the exam upto the age of 33 years.
So you are eligible for the IBPS PO entrance exam.
